**As a Supply Chain Planner, you will mainly perform demand forecasting and execute further analysis on responsible brands regarding to stock management. You will also required to cooperate and negotiate with brands toward stock allocations to support commercial side on sales generation, FS support and etc. Furthermore, you will require to coordinate with internal parties i.e Commercial (KAM), Tech, Warehouse and Customer Service lead to Operation Excellence.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform forecasting, demand analysis, inventory management, and manage supply buffers upon responsible brands
- Verify supply chain issue and troubleshoot
- Work with brands to analyze, reconcile allocation and monitor changes and cancellations.
- Participate in requirements gathering
- Understand the supply chain network and work with various analytics and software development teams, driving automation
- Produce written recommendations and insights to inform key stakeholders of supply chain health and help shape solution design

**Qualification**
- Work experience, minimum 1 years in Demand & Supply Planning or Supply Chain management would be a plus)
- Good knowledge in overall supply chain /Stock Management/Order fulfillment, and warehouse
- Strong organizational skills in communication at all levels and execution
- People management skill, strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Microsoft Office: Strong in Microsoft Excel
- FMCG, Beauty or E-commerce business background
- Good Command in English

- Ensure the delivery of outstanding service of factory RMP at a minimum cost-to-serve
- Manage, guide and develop the factory RMP teams to ensure:

- Detailed Production Scheduling is consistently delivering achievable plans for both manufacturing and filling/packaging operations within given Master Production Schedule (MPS), whilst minimizing production costs.
- Material Management Planning (Inbound Material Management) makes raw & packaging material available on time and quality at best overall costs for seamless manufacturing; co-ordinates with suppliers of raw and packaging materials for maintaining service levels while constantly seeking improvement possibilities.
- Material Handling and warehousing operations for raw & packaging material, prepare Raw material to be ready to supply in Production (Green Coffee Management, etc.) and for finished goods within company guidelines (Good Warehousing Practices); records accurately the inventory and checks inventory rotation; controls and co-ordinates all documents relevant to receipt and despatch of goods.- Ensure smooth operations by effective communication and close collaboration with- Internal partners at factory, DC (Distribution Center), DSP, Procurement

- Provide timely feedback and coaching to individuals and team in order to develop them to their full potential and to achieve objectives in accordance with NCE guidelines. Ensure succession plans and development - coaching of direct reports (where applicable) including development of specific training.
- Communicate effectively downstream needs to instil customer service orientation within plant's organisation.
- Lead a continuous improvement/employee involvement culture through NCE approach. Drive for excellence and support operators and staff in their tasks.
- Effectively manage the DOR, ensure exchange of information (cascade Target/escalate issues) for alignment with the objectives in the short term and WOR, MOR for medium and long term to achieve production plan and to identify and achieve performance improvements. Motivate, guide, support and coach the resources to achieve objectives and to act in accordance with NCE guidelines.
- Ensure smooth operations of the inventory control systems and appropriate use of information technology.

**Key Accountability**:

- Implementation efficient materials management for local and overseas suppliers part delivery control and Evaluation of delivery performance.
- Monitor material flow control and packaging of oversea suppliers.
- Maintain planned scheduling parameters, such as lead-times, lot sizes, safety stocks, delivery times and order file data for all scheduled items

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in related field (Supply Chain, Logistics, and Operations Management) preferred.
