**Summary**
The role will support on HR Learning & Development Department, specialize in Technical & Process Training to employees. To identify the training needs and develop strategic training courses to fulfill the requirements and for development of people in business.
**Detailed Description**
Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
+ Organizes and oversees the training program which includes developing the trainer certification procedures, process training methodology, a policy to govern the program, a continuous improvement plan, and tools to enable trainer/training supervision.
+ Being Trainer includes both classroom and on-the-job components.
+ Consults with operators, trainers, engineers, managers to identify and address technical and process performance deficiencies.
+ Investigates process/performance problems.
+ Helps define performance requirements, formulates recommendations, designs the learning component of solution, initiates appropriate actions, and evaluates results.
+ Creates or promotes opportunities for Celestica employees with area educational institutions (e.g. community colleges, technical training institutes).
+ Forms and maintains partnerships with area community colleges and technical training institutes and collaborates on creating/adapting curriculum.
**Knowledge/Skills/Competencies**
+ Knowledge and understanding in manufacturing process, preferably in Electronics Manufacturing
+ Having IPC Class A Instructor Certification is a plus
+ Knowledge and understanding of documentation processes & quality systems
+ Strong understanding of ISO standards
+ Computer applications including MS Office Suite, Documentation control systems, Google Platform, and SAP
+ Very strong presentation, teaching and coaching skills
+ Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
+ Ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of internal and external customers or suppliers
+ Ability to communicate effectively, both in one-to-one and group situations
+ Excellent communication in English
**Typical Experience**
+ Three to six years of relevant experience in Learning and Development roles
+ Experiences in technical training in manufacturing industry environment.
**Typical Education**
+ Bachelor's degree in related field, Engineering Degree would be advantage.

1. Create L&D Strategy Plan for Thailand HN field team
- Identify & benchmark training needs & learning road map for the TH field HN team in consultation with key stakeholders
- Design & drive functional competency assessment (knowledge & skill) measures for Thailand HN team; Standardize and benchmark these competencies at regional as well as global levels

- Create In-clinic capability development programmes for nutrition executives as per requirements of HN Director and HN field managers; Roll out and deliver these training programmes through self or external partners as needed.
- Design & Deliver Management Development Initiatives to build FLM competencies that meets local requirements; Deliver such training programmes personally or through external training leads.
- Conceptualise specialised interventions for High Performers in coordination with regional and local HR leads as a part of career development initiatives for TH line managers.
- Cascade global training modules from Danone global team as per local tailored needs in TH.
3. Enhance Internal Alignment
- Align with HN Director/HN field leads on training need analysis, L&D road map, training calendar and budgets for the TH SN team
- Align with channel heads/Country head on skill/knowledge assessment processes, training AOP, calendar & other standard ways of working
- Be the bridge between regional and global L&D team in designing and rolling out of global training initiatives for TH; Share best practices of Thailand with the global team at appropriate forums.
- Align with regional MNS team on scientific knowledge training goals for the TH ; align DA training calendars and country wise scientific knowledge assessment of field force
- Partner with the HCEE team for sharing training data and dashboards on a timely basis.
