• To investigate the product quality report (PQR) from field claim.
• To cooperates with Overseas Field Service and Europe Distributor via Quality Management System (QMS) to gather the field information from distributors / dealers / customers
• To communicate field quality information to relevant divisions to initiate investigations concerning production processes, supplier and design development.

Detailed Job Description

1. Strategy & System Oversight

• Develop medical quality and safety strategies in alignment with the organization's policies.
• Oversee, plan, and develop the hospital's medical quality system to meet professional standards.
• Manage and evaluate the performance of all internal systems, including Quality Assurance (QA), Infection Control (IC), Risk Management (RM), and Service Excellence, comprehensively.
• Develop and monitor departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and report to executives monthly/quarterly.

2. Risk Management & Patient Safety

• Organize and conduct Medical Incident Analysis meetings (RM) and establish preventive guidelines for recurrence.
• Implement and manage the Infection Control (IC) system within the healthcare facility and organize related staff training.
• Review and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and relevant quality documentation to comply with the highest safety standards.

3. Standardization & Accreditation Management

• Manage internal/external assessments and lead preparedness for audits from regulatory bodies such as the Ministry of Public Health, FDA, ISO, HA, etc.
• Prepare and review all medical records and quality documentation, and control/evaluate staff performance to ensure adherence to professional standards.

4. Service Excellence & Improvement

• Develop the Service Excellence system by utilizing patient satisfaction data to analyze and improve services, maximizing patient satisfaction.
• Customer Experience Analysis and Design: Responsible for planning the systematic collection and analyzing deep insights from patient satisfaction and feedback to design and improve service processes at all touchpoints, creating maximum impression and convenience.
• Proactive Complaint Management and Resolution: Establish and oversee an effective complaint management system to efficiently identify and correct pain points, including monitoring and verifying resolution to ensure appropriate and timely redress for patients.
• Service Standard Setting and Organizational Culture: Develop and define service standards that emphasize customer empathy and coordinate with the training department to transfer analytical results to staff for implementation, fostering a culture of service excellence aligned with departmental KPIs.

5. Personnel and Team Management

• Control and evaluate the performance of departmental staff (subordinates) according to guidelines.
• Provide support and direct supervision to subordinates, including Quality Control Nurses, Assistant Managers, and Risk/IC Nurses.
• Coordinate with other internal and external departments to drive quality initiatives.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Health Sciences, Nursing, Medical Technology, Public Health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management or risk management in a clinic/hospital setting.
• Experience in a specialized hospital (plastic surgery/aesthetics) or knowledge/training in HA, JCI, or ISO standards is highly desirable.
• Deep knowledge of Medical Quality Standards (HA, ISO, etc.), expertise in Clinical Risk Management, and strong understanding of healthcare service systems and Patient Experience.
• Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills, ability to prepare and present executive reports, excellent communication and coordination skills, and proficiency in quality tools (e.g., Root Cause Analysis - RCA, PDCA).
• Highly detail-oriented, high sense of responsibility, positive attitude towards change, and strong Leadership skills to motivate the team.
• Possessing a relevant Licensed Professional status and/or a recognized Quality Certification (e.g., CPHQ - Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality, if applicable) is a plus.

• Design, develop, and implement custom software tools and applications for data analytics strategies that align with HGA manufacturing goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to define software requirements, user interfaces, and functionalities tailored to manufacturing needs.
• Analyze production data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that impact HGA yield, quality, and cycle time including defect and failure data to identify and mitigate recurring issues.
