Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities

**Responsibilities**:
Customer Collaboration Head of Part is responsible for deep transformation to support evolving customer collaboration and business needs: new business model, Innovation, agility, efficiency and security, align with Management & BU HOD and driving new & innovative collaboration projects with Samsung’s key channel partners. He/she need to actively interacts internally and externally with executive-level management, negotiate on extremely critical matters, drive team to plan, initiate, execute, and monitor projects and align multiple internal and external stakeholders across functions to deliver value through successful initiatives.

This is a critical role that provides customer management facing engagement on a regular basis while delivering impactful results. This role will support strategy and operations across both mobile and consumer electronic business units.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Develop customer collaboration long term (2-3 years) strategy to support BU’s business growth and align with Management & BU HOD
- Build up long-term strategic relationships with retail and telecom channel partners
- Creates formal networks with customers’ key decision-makers and serve as external spokesperson for the organization
- Establish yearly roadmap to develops strategies and insights to drive value at partner accounts
- Actively interacts internally and externally with executive-level management, negotiate on extremely critical matters
- Drive team to plan, initiate, execute and monitor projects and align multiple internal external stakeholders across functions to deliver value through successful initiates
- Direct and control the activities to ensure cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives for the organization and partner accounts
- Design data driven methodologies to identify collaboration opportunities and present actionable insights and recommendations to achieve desired business outcomes
- Lead team to communicate strategic findings and analytical insights to internal/external audiences, including members of the senior management team
- Support issue management of quality monitoring through escalation process
- Direct activity to effectively manages cross-functional senior management stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives
- Direct management team to generates and leads analysis, organization and implementation of strategic management, directs project and program development activities, and ensures continued linkage to customer fulfilment
- Engages leaders and managements as well as overall organization with seamless communication to agree/align/comply with the standard systems and processes for sustainable improvements in getting business results
- Approve executive-ready presentation materials using data and insights to tell a compelling call-to-action story
- Acts as liaison between stakeholders ensuring clear communication of business strategies, key initiatives, learning and filling key information gaps.
- Coach 2 team members and build up successor

Required

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university, MBA, or equivalent work experience, preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience with 5 years of business strategy or management consulting experience, preferred
- Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams
- Excellent verbal, written in both Thai and English, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) or equivalent, preferred
- Experience with project management and client relationship management preferred
- Self-motivated and willingness to work with others
- Excited to solve ambiguous problems in a structured manner
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate key takeaways through impactful written story-telling
- Possess a positive attitude and ability to adjust to changes in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to lead cross-functional partners independently

Preferred
- Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projects
- Good presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts / reports to people from other fields
- Works on complex projects of large scope
- Completes work independently receives general guidance on new projects
- Work reviewed for purpose of meeting objectives
- Proactive and detail-oriented with great organizational skills and meticulous follow-up

Experience in Technology or management consulting or in a business consultant role; Consumer electronics, retail, or CPG industry experience is a plus
