Key Responsibilities
Recruit New Partnership& Development

Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with business partners at both organizational and individual levels.
- Act as the primary point of contact to support partners in driving sales and marketing initiatives.
Strategy & Execution
Define and execute partnership strategies to expand new sales and marketing channels.
- Set partnership goals, KPIs, and action plans to maximize collaboration success.
Contract & Agreement Management
Lead negotiations with partners regarding revenue sharing, GP allocation, and commercial terms.
- Manage contracts, agreements, and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
Performance Tracking & Analysis
Monitor and evaluate partner performance against agreed objectives.
- Analyze data and prepare regular reports on partnership effectiveness and ROI.
Internal Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Product Development) to ensure smooth partner operations.
- Provide input to product teams on market feedback and partner needs.
Problem Solving & Support
Address operational, technical, or contractual issues arising with partners.
- Ensure timely resolutions to maintain partner satisfaction and collaboration success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Partner Management, Business Development, Channel Sales, or Strategic Alliances (preferably in FMCG, Beauty, or Skincare industry).
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Proven track record of driving growth through partnerships (domestic & international).
- Analytical mindset with ability to evaluate data and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, with strong problem-solving and project management skills.
