As our Laser & CNC Technician, you'll be instrumental in the precise operation, setup, maintenance, and quality control of our sophisticated machinery. This isn't just about turning wrenches; it's about mastering the unique characteristics of femtosecond laser interaction with materials and ensuring peak performance.
About the role – you will
• Machine Mastery: Set up and operate our advanced GFH laser system with integrated robotics and other CNC machinery. You'll interpret G-code like a pro.
• Precision Guardian: Perform routine calibration for laser and robot, execute first-level maintenance, and meticulously monitor laser power and vacuum filters.
• Quality Champion: Conduct precise metrology using equipment like MicroVu, validate part aesthetics, and make real-time adjustments for perfection.
• Team Player: Collaborate closely with Quality Control and Tooling departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Innovator at Heart: Continuously adapt and learn the unique nuances of laser machining, especially the non-linear interaction of light with various materials.
About you (Skill)
• CNC Expertise: Strong practical knowledge of CNC operation, setup, and troubleshooting.
• Laser Fundamentals: Basic to good understanding of physics principles, especially optics and material interaction with light.
• Precision Measurement: Skilled in using metrology equipment for accurate measurements.
• Technical Reader: Can interpret technical drawings, schematics, and G-code.
• Maintenance Basic: Possesses fundamental mechanical and electrical maintenance aptitude.
• Sharp Problem-So

• Team & Solo Player
Your Experience includes (Qualification)
• Minimum: Vocational Certificate in Mechatronics, Industrial Technology, Mechanical, Electrical Power, Electronics, or a related field from an accredited Thai vocational college.
• Preferred: High Vocational Certificate or a bachelor's degree in engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Mechatronics, Production) from a Thai university.
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in CNC machinery operation and setup.
• Significant advantage if you have experience with laser cutting/engraving/welding, especially femtosecond or high-power lasers.
• Familiarity with G-code programming is essential.
• Experience in the automotive manufacturing sector is a plus.
