Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, guide, and motivate the collections team to achieve collection targets for monthly rental and leasing receivables.
- Monitoring of auto-debit payments, ensuring high adoption and reducing overdue cases.
- Manage bill placement processes across banks, payment gateways, and digital platforms to expand customer payment options.
- Ensure accurate issuance and delivery of e-tax invoices and receipts in compliance with Thai regulations.
- Explore and implement new collection channels (e.g., mobile apps, QR code payments, digital wallets, fintech platforms) to improve payment accessibility and customer experience.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, Operations, and Legal teams to streamline billing, invoicing, and collection workflows.
- Prepare regular reports on collection performance, auto-debit adoption, bill placement usage, and new channel effectiveness.
- Identify process gaps and recommend system or policy improvements to increase efficiency and cash flow.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
· Minimum 8 years of experience in collections, receivables management, or credit control, preferably in leasing, rental, or consumer finance industries.
· At least 3 years of supervisory or team leader experience.
· Strong knowledge of Thai debt collection regulations, e-tax invoice framework, and digital payment systems.
· Proven ability to manage and expand multiple payment channels, including banking platforms and fintech solutions.
· Able to communicate and written English (Korean is a plus)
· Solid communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, and managerial skills
· Able to work under pressure with a tight deadline, attention to details

For our overall business, we are looking for an Operations Manager with a focus on addressing operational challenges and account management.
The candidate will be responsible for tackling the operational challenges of the business. Focusing on indicators like uptime, success rate, speed of the transactions, fraud/chargeback and routing system to identify potential issues and take action to enhance performance. The job focuses also on creating a user flow and development strategy for upcoming business cases together with the Head of Operations and in-house dev team.
You will also handle queries from existing merchants, this requires having a good understanding of our in-house system structures from an Operational and Technical point of view. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and be able to work cross-functionally with different business units, closely interacting with other teams within the organization including Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Customer Support, IT, and more to improve the existing service.
