The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Process Management Lead to drive operational excellence across core commercial processes, including Contract Lifecycle Management, Pricing Management, and Instrument Lifecycle Management. This role will play a pivotal part in optimizing end-to-end business processes to improve efficiency, ensure compliance, and enable strategic decision-making. The BPM Lead will also champion continuous process improvement initiatives and digital transformation efforts within Commercial Operations.
Roles And Responsibilities
*Contract Life Cycle Management: *
- Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle processes, including Deal Master setup, contract creation, amendments, and renewals for reagent rental and cash sales instruments.
- Maintain standardized contract templates and ensure compliance with company policies
- Monitor and proactively manage contract status including establishment, changes and renewal of contracts
*Pricing Management and Review: *
- Oversee pricing operations, including the creation, review, update, and deactivation of pricing records across systems.
- Conduct periodic reviews of all pricing tiers to ensure alignment with commercial strategy and policy.
- Lead the annual pricing review process, ensure incorporating tax regulations and business strategy
*Instrument Life Cycle Management: *
- Oversee the process and policy for instrument delivery, installation, customer validation, and returns.
- Drive automation and improvements in tracking systems to increase visibility and operational efficiency
- Generate instrument efficiency and utilization reports and provide recommendations to support commercial decision-making
*Business Process Management: *
- Understand the affiliate's end-to-end business processes and drive initiatives to simplify processes and adapt new technologies with the aim of being more agile to drive and create value

Experiences, Knowledge & Skills and Competency:
- BSc/BEng in computer science, computer engineer, or a relevant field

Software Development Leader
Purpose of the Role: To lead and unify the software development teams under a single strategic vision, fostering collaboration, technical excellence, and delivery of high-impact solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Leadership & Team Building:
Establish a cohesive and collaborative culture across all software teams.
- Mentor and develop team leads and engineers, promoting ownership and accountability.

Align software initiatives with business objectives and innovation goals.
- Consolidate fragmented efforts into a unified roadmap with clear milestones.
- Drive adoption of modern development practices, tools, and architectures.
Project & Process Management:
Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of software projects.
- Implement agile methodologies and continuous improvement processes.
- Ensure transparency in progress, risks, and resource allocation.
Technical Oversight:
Provide architectural guidance and ensure scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies where appropriate.
- Maintain high standards for code quality, testing, and documentation.
Stakeholder Communication:
Act as the primary liaison between software teams and other departments.
- Communicate technical decisions and project status to leadership clearly.
- Foster trust and credibility with internal and external stakeholders.

- Strong technical background in modern web/backend technologies (e.g., Django, PostgreSQL, cloud platforms).
