Transform, model and visualize data
At PANDORA, we are growing our Data & Analytics footprint. As our new Analytics Engineer, you will work in a product team consisting of a product manager, a business analyst, along with various data engineers with the intent of further activating our data-informed culture within PANDORA's Manufacturing Execution team. You will help optimize the production process of our jewelry using data and enabling business units to make better decisions through enterprise-level analytics solutions, along with engaging and easy-to-use self-service solutions.
Your primary focus will be building and implementing analytics solutions on our global data platform and expediting our self-service analytics strategy along with our team of excellent engineers in the organization.

- Educated within Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Information Management, Statistics, Digital Design or a related field, however experience and passion for data analytics is most important.
- Able to showcase at least 2 years of experience working with BI, data preparation, and visualization.
- Experienced from a global retail and/or manufacturing organization.
- Experienced with Power BI, DAX, Tabular Editor, along with Analysis Services, SSMS, Databricks, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Jira.
- Experienced in working with relational data sets using SQL and Tabular models.
- Highly proficient in English and can communicate at all levels of technical competence.
- Of an agile mindset and experienced with Scrum and agile ways of working.
