- Become a single point of contact for business unit. Act as an advisor and coordinator in identifying and delivering relevant solutions that add business value.
- Set and enabled business/digital strategies using all necessary tools (e.g. website, digital media, and marketing automation)
- Research products, services and current strategies to identify and design key initiatives and new opportunities to create incremental growth and deliver desired business outcome
- Identify, adapt, and try new acquisition channels and partnerships with other entities
- Take ownership and manage assigned projects to make them happen as planned
- Monitor, analyze and evaluate all projects performance in order to implement appropriate action plans and ensure business target delivery
- Liaise internally and externally across multiple teams to deliver the projects
- Excellent sense of data and numbers, to operate/optimize the digital media performance. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Manage and strengthen collaboration with internal cross functions, as well as understand business, data analysis, marketing automation, digital media, digital tools, e-commerce, and provide the best solution that meets both internal and external expectation.
