Responsibilities:

• Monitor, analyze, and optimize the energy production and operational efficiency of solar and battery storage assets.
• Utilize SCADA and other data platforms to identify performance issues, quantify losses, and collaborate with Operations & Maintenance (O&M) teams to resolve them.
• Collect and prepare operational data, identify obstacles, and review reports (Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Reports).
• Prepare and present solar performance reports to management.
• Develop and propose solutions to improve the overall performance of the solar power plant.
• Use PVSyst software to model, analyze, and optimize solar power plant energy yield.
• Support design, construction, and project management activities for solar power plants.
• Assist the Business Development team by identifying key project design risks and providing technical insights to enable effective decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• At least 3–10 years of experience in solar farms (SPP, VSPP, or C&I).
• Holder of a 1st level engineering license.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project.
• Ability to use AutoCAD, PVsyst, and SketchUp; experience with these will be considered an advantage.
• Strong English communication skills (writing, speaking, and comprehension).
• Willingness to travel for site inspections in provincial areas (short assignments of 1–2 days).

Job Responsibilities

1. Conduct testing and enhancement of product performance metrics and usage effectiveness, including technical research and development in areas such as thermal-humidity environment control, rapid cooling/heating, low-temperature heating performance, high-efficiency technologies, novel heat exchangers, and new refrigerants;

2. Engage in electrical component development, experimental design, and device performance testing to improve reliability and quality;

3. Resolve issues arising during electrical component development, drive new technology adoption, and contribute to standardization efforts;

4. Design performance solutions for motors and execute optimization improvements;

5. Conduct conceptual design and product development for innovative solutions;

6. Manage project workflows throughout the development lifecycle.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or higher with fluent English proficiency;

2. Major in Energy Engineering, Electronic Information, Electrical Engineering, or related fields;

We are seeking a Performance Test Engineer to design, execute, and analyze performance, load, and stress tests across web and API services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Apache JMeter, k6, and Dynatrace, and be capable of working closely with development, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure system stability and scalability under load.

·    Plan and execute a variety of non-functional tests, including load, stress, endurance, volume, spike, and availability testing, to evaluate system behavior under different conditions.

·    Provide estimation of performance testing effort, including script development, environment setup, execution time, and analysis activities, based on system complexity and expected load

·    Monitor real-time system metrics using Dynatrace, including CPU, memory, thread utilization, and response time trends

·    Work with cross-functional teams to define Non-functional requirements and map them to test strategies and SLAs

·    Create mock services using goMock (Golang) and .NET mocking frameworks, enabling isolated and scalable test environments

·    Provide expert analysis on system bottlenecks, degradation patterns, and architectural risks

·    Ensure coverage of mission-critical banking flows, such as high-volume transaction processing and concurrent user sessions

·    Set up and maintain performance test environments, including NFT test environments, test data setup, and required infrastructure (e.g., Jenkins runners, dedicated load agents)

·    Design and implement test infrastructure that supports distributed performance testing at scale, including configuration of CI/CD pipelines to automate test execution and result analysis
