**Job Responsibility**
- Sell medical products to hospitals & clinics including product training to doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide customer service support to existing customers such as organizing workshops or seminars.
- To provide information on new products and promotions through presentations and leaflets to relevant target groups within the hospital/clinic setting.
- Coordinate marketing activities with sales team and product managers.
- Assist in maintaining good relationships with all external and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct needs assessment of the marketplace to identify trends and developments that may affect business operations.
- Comply with all aspects of the Code of Ethical Business Practice as set out by BD.
- Ensure that own behavior is consistent with the Company's values.
- Any other duties involved within the role and/or the tasks as assigned from time to time.
**Qualification**
- Bachelor Degree in Science or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in medical device industry or Pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge of medical devices /pharmaceuticals and their application in patient care.
- Experience in selling medical devices /pharmaceuticals into acute and primary care settings desirable.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent presentation and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
- Good command in English both written and spoken.

**A DAY IN THE LIFE .**
**Project management and project related activities**
+ Lead I&R projects by providing technical solutions on products / processes in factories / markets in close cooperation with project managers / engineers, and follow up on possible issues.
+ Supports development of processes and equipment concepts for the product lines and works independently under limited supervision. May be responsible for entire projects or processes within job area.
+ Lead industrial trials at factory, present results in written and oral form to factory and regional operations.
+ Work closely with R&D product and process team, as well as Technical team from other region to integrate basic product / processing knowledge. Implement latest processing solutions on I&R as well as Capex related projects.
+ Contribute and propose ideas/activities/methods to Marketing and operations.
+ Deploys standards under limited supervision within regional.
+ Lead wet products processing work in the region, for any I&R projects or support factory processing improvement
**Innovation / Renovation Pipeline**
+ Contribute and propose new ideas/activities/methods to Regional marketing team and Operations.
**People development**
+ Organize training / courses for new factory technicians and manufacturing operators
**Compliance and SHE related**
+ Ensure compliance with the technical assistance process & manage projects following Innovation to Learn including appropriate documentation.
+ Ensure strict compliance with R&D and corporate SHE & food safety policies as well as legal SHE & food safety codes. Drives for safety by design of the process.
**Factory Improvement Support**
+ Responsible for making improvements of processes, systems or products to enhance performance within job area.
+ Provide operational support to factories in respect of process, performance, quality.
+ Optimize products processing parameters on each processing lines, to maximise through put with optimized products performance.
**ARE YOU A FIT.**
+ Preferably MSc / BSc in food science / chemical engineering or equivalent experience
+ Operational experience in Wet petfood industry
+ Operational experience in product development
+ Ability to few travels locally and internationally is required.
+ Fluency in English is mandatory. .
+ Ability to effectively work in team environment with large and multidisciplinary teams.
+ Self-confidence in his own ability to make presentations and explanations about the Wet line and product to visitors and authorities.
