Job Duties

Planning for contract

• Collaborate with Senior Management Team, Construction team, Commercial Manager to understand project requirements and seek clarifications on scope.
• Produce delivery programme, review construction methodologies, resources, design, contract time obligations.
• Ensure reliance upon client and responsibilities are clearly identified and consistent with the contract and commercial strategy to ensure that the effect of change can be modelled.
• Develop with his team the programme schedule and timelines for performing the construction work based on resource requirements, historical trending of such projects etc. while striving for optimal resource utilization.
• Incorporate robust construction methodology using innovative technology to optimize construction plans.
• Highlight the opportunities and risks associated with the time related aspects of bids.
• Participate in business development meetings as needed.

Plan monitoring

• Conduct regular meeting with Project Managers of each team in the project to review progress against plans; Provide guidance and technical expertise for resolution of complex issues.
• Provide advisory support to Project Managers / Project Directors to improve overall plans for the projects on regular and on-going ad-hoc basis.
• Raise escalations to Project Directors as needed to minimize deviations from plan.
• Prepare a monthly summary report on the status of each project.

Problem resolution

• Monitor closely project progress and adherence to project plans in case project deviations are large.
• Discuss deviations to plans internally, identify causes and develop mitigation plan; Collaborate with Commercial team and Project Leaders to finalize the terms.
• Present revised timelines and negotiate with the client on modifications and changes to timelines favorably.
• Negotiate improved terms and timelines with suppliers and sub-contractors as needed.
• Apply various delay and disruption analysis methods.
• Provide advisory support for the substantiation of entitlement claims.

Stakeholder management

• Enhance business understanding and anticipate client needs.
• Maintain ongoing and regular communication / interactions with business heads; Anticipate project risks based on new developments.
• Build high-levels of trust and engagement with senior representatives of the client organizations for strengthening the on-going engagement.

People management

• Select team members keeping mind technical requirements of the project as well as cultural and inter-personal aspects.
• Align goals, responsibilities and tasks of team-members across multiple functions and departments to the common goals of the project.
• Set stretch targets for the team across financial, customer, safety, quality and learning perspectives.
• Evaluate performance of subordinates, provide candid feedback and coach them to higher levels of performance.
• Train and mentor subordinates on technical as well as behavioral aspects of their respective roles.
• Provide opportunities to the team to develop their capabilities through job-rotation and increased delegation of responsibilities.
• Recognize and encourage high performing subordinates.
• Resolve issues faced by subordinates

Safety, Health & Environmental

• Oversee timely training of the project team and sub-contractor team on all HSE guidelines of LAIO and local governmental regulations; Oversee adherence of the project team to safety walks
• Review HSE reports received from subordinates on a weekly basis; Guide subordinates on addressing existing/potential concerns
• Cascade any company-level initiatives to project level; oversee implementation of the same through subordinates
• Address the team on a regular basis regarding the criticality of HSE in the organisation and its linkage with project success
• Provide strong & visible leadership of safety and drive commitment of project team to safety objectives

Job Requirements

• Degree in Building / Civil Engineering & membership of professional association
• 15 years' experience in project planning in large scale Civil / Building projects
• Knowledge of planning processes, tools

Accountabilities

Planning

• First contact point from customers for Order Confirmation. Confirm HUBPO with HUB Operation team.
• Coordinate with Asset Planner to build up stock as per S&OP, Sales Order, or inventory target.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to get seed import. And update packing plan to be proceed for export and sell.
• Ensure supply available by coordinating to QC team to be confirmed quality data following the timeline.
• Manage upside demand.
• Make stock projection by calculating seeds supply following 12 months forecast rolling.
• Mange incoming seeds importing and support documents to Import team in term of additional documents requirement for custom clearance process.
• Seed purchasing, STO creation, confirm all Import & exporting PO.

NPI and Sample Coordinator

• Supporting sample seeds for domestic and export following trial plan.
• Working with MDM to create new material in the system.
• NPI Coordinator by working closely with PDS and MDM coordinator to ensure that new artwork will be created and purchase on time launching plan.

Inventory

• Monthly inventory review seeds stock with QC and Production team.
• Quarterly inventory review for packaging material with Asset Planner and Procurement.
• Confirm write-off packaging if no longer us with warehouse team.

Others

• Master data set up in the system such and new vendor, PIR , TP tools.
• Manage Exceptional Release Process in ETQ system.
• Project coordinator as assigned.

Job Purpose: The Global Supply Planning Lead is the bridge between frontend business team and backend operations, he or she is responsible for analyzing and managing the end-to-end product supply chain to ensure the right capacity and inventory for timely and efficient delivery of goods to meet customer demands

Key Responsibilities:

·Develop and implement supply planning strategies (MTO, MTS, ROP), to meet customer demands and company KPIs (Revenue, STR/STS, LT, Inv DOH, PDR, etc.)

·Analyze sales forecasts, inventory levels, and production capacities to determine optimal inventory levels and master production schedules for top runners.

·Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing supply chain planning, procurement, demand planning,  sales,  customer service, and product management, to ensure alignment on supply and demand plans.

·Actively participate / facilitate monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP)- Supply Planning process

·Facilitate and drive weekly/bi-weekly Mini –S&OP and global master production planning for high runner products

·Monitor supply chain performance and actively lead S&OE meetings to drive problem solving and performance improvements

·Manage End to end inventory performance and the identification of revenue risks / opportunities, supporting the decision-making process for potential trade-offs

·Manage and resolve any supply chain disruptions, ensuring minimal impact on customer satisfaction.

·Co-managing phase In (NPI)/Phase Out (EOL) strategy from planning perspective on dedicated part of the portfolio

·Being a focal point to front end business team on status of supply status, assurance of supplies, escalations, and critical allocation management working closely with cross function stakeholders including Customer Care teams, Demand Planning Teams, Sales & Product Manager as well as the DC planning teams.

Qualifications:
