**Role Responsibilities:**
+ Execute product planning strategically to ensure new product satisfies markets' requirements.
+ Seek for market opportunities of new products and also leverage avaiable products to other potential markets
+ Coordinate with relevant functions ensuring product literatures, technical training, and/or marketing literatures are appropriately provided on timely basis.
**Role Purpose:**
+ Execute strategic new product solution for Mid & Long range plan
+ Align SE expectation(Price, Spec and Time-line) with factory proposal.
+ Manage product development project ensuring they are all on time and achieve KPIs
**Minimum Requirements:**

Job Purpose

The position is responsible for develop initial distribution strategies and actions for middle and long term base on FWD Group direction, keep monitor and identify area to improve, in order to propose the solution to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Align strategic direction with FWD Group Office by develop supporting strategy and key actions to improve business and achieve company target
- Analyze the changes of strategic direction, identify gaps/impact and propose solution to align with overall strategy
- Develop channels proposition and journey and identify business aspiration as middle and long-term strategy for business improvement
- Develop strategy communication pack to regularly share and engage with distribution channels and distribution services teams
- Coordinate effectively with distribution channels, company strategic planning and stakeholders in the strategic plan formulation and monitor the execution
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis by cleaning, analyzing, interpreting, and visualizing data to discover valuable insights that drive smarter and more effective business decisions

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor Degree or higher in Insurance Business, Business Administration, Statistics, Marketing or related field
- Having at least 5 years experience in Corporate/Business Strategy. Experience in Insurance Business is preferred
- Corporate Planning, Business Strategy, Analytical & Structured thinker
- Excellent Presentation and Communication skills with fluent english
