• Controlling the operating parameters of boiler and turbines to maximize steam and power generation.

• To operate and maintain water treatment plant, D.M. Plant, Cooling Tower, Bath water plant, MEE plant within specified quality parameters and maintain the zero liquid discharge to extend uninterrupted utility services for plant operation.

• To operate and maintain D.M. plant, boiler, turbogenerator, Air conditioning system and ZLD plant within specified parameters, in the shift to extend uninterrupted utility services for plant operation.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 8-12 years of experience in utility operations management
  • Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of steam and power generation systems, boilers, turbines, and water treatment plants.
  • Familiarity with safety standards, maintenance practices, and environmental regulations in utility operations.
  • Strong understanding of energy management, chemical usage, and quality control for steam and water systems.

  • Manage and track usage of company assets and office equipment
  • Maintain the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
  • Monitor the purchase and maintenance of an inventory of all supplies, equipment and services
  • Forecast and control Facility and Maintenance budget for facility management
  • Coordinate with building management team on daily basis for facility request, utility services, and building access
  • Monitor and log office security and safety policy
  • Communicate workplace announcement and safety precautions to employees
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field.
  • Work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role.
  • Good computer skills: Microsoft office and able to use office equipment.
  • Good communication in Both Thai and English.
  • Pleasant personality, fast learner, enthusiastic and positive thinking.
  • Service-minded is a must and able to work under pressure.
