Accountabilities
:

• Manage and control the implementation of operation goals to meet the need of operations objectives.
• Facilitate the use of and compliance to AP EH&S standard such that EH&S performance continually improves and performance goals are met or exceeded. Ultimate result desired zero injuries.
• Manage and control all plant and equipment in order to be maintained efficiently and to give highest reliability as well as to obtain optimized production efficiency.
• Plan and control monthly production targets according to production plan assigned with cost effectiveness.
• Prepare, and gain agreement for, and implement, capital expenditure plans which ensure that future manufacturing needs are met within acceptable cost limits.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationship with all employee groups in order to promote team work and high staff morale.
• Develop and motivate subordinate to maintain and improve department to drive for peak performance.

Minimum

• At least 10 years experience in Air separation Plant or in related fields
• Good command of English both writing and speaking

-งานด้านการจัดส่ง ควบคุม การวางแผนและการจัดส่งผลิตภัณฑ์ให้กับลูกค้าทันตามความต้องการในสภาพที่ปลอดภัยอยู่เสมอโดยประสานงาน

-งานด้านวิศวกรรมและซ่อมบำรุง ควบคุมงานซ่อมบำรุงรักษา และการติดตั้งขยายสถานที่อุปกรณ์หรือระบบต่างๆ  งานในส่วนนี้ต้องบริหารให้เกิดประสิทธิผล การซ่อมบำรุงที่ถูกต้องตามหลักวิศวกรรม  มีการวางแผนงานซ่อมตามวาระ (Preventive Maintenance) ประจำปี คำนึงถึงความปลอดภัย และการใช้งานได้นานคุ้มค่าและคงทน ต้องบริหารค่าใช้จ่ายแยกตามหน่วยงาน ศึกษาวิเคราะห์เพื่อการปรับปรุงแก้ไขวิธีการใช้งาน แก้ไขหรือเพิ่มเติม

-ดูแลอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ เพื่อให้มีการทำงานที่ปลอดภัยสูงสุด ประหยัดพลังงานและค่าใช้จ่าย จัดการบริหารงานให้เกิดการประสานงานกับหน่วยงานอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้การซ่อมบำรุงกระทบกระเทือนกับงานปฏิบัติการน้อยที่สุด

-งานด้านธุรการและการเงิน มีการควบคุมงานด้านเอกสารที่เกี่ยวกับลูกค้า การควบคุมการทำงานบัญชี รับ-จ่าย การเก็บรับและจ่ายวัสดุอุปกรณ์ของสโตร์ การจัดซื้อวัสดุอุปกรณ์คลัง งานธุรการและงานติดต่อหน่วยงานภายนอก งานแม่บ้าน งานในส่วนนี้ต้องบริหารการจัดระบบและกฏเกณฑ์ให้สอดคล้องกับสำนักงานใหญ่ และหน่วยงานต่างๆภายในคลัง เพื่อให้ได้ข้อมูล หลักฐานทางเอกสารอย่างเพียงพอเพื่อใช้ในการบริหารงาน การตรวจสอบ และการอ้างอิง จัดการบริหารงานให้มีการตรวจสอบการทำงานต่างๆ บริหารระบบและวิธีการจัดการซื้อของและการจัดจ้างงานต่างๆ ภายในคลัง ให้เป็นไปตามระเบียบขั้นตอนและสามารถตรวจสอบได้เสมอ รวมถึงต้องบริหารงานการติดต่อกับบุคคลภายนอกและแขกที่มาเยือนให้มีความน่าเชื่อถือ

-งานด้านการรักษาความปลอดภัย ควบคุมการตรวจสอบสำรวจงาน และกิจกรรมต่างๆ ภายในคลัง งานส่วนนี้ต้องบริหารให้เจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัยที่บริษัทจ้าง ให้ทำงานตารมระเบียบข้อกำหนดอย่างเคร่งครัด

-จัดการสอนงานและพัฒนาผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาให้มีความรู้ความสามารถและทักษะในการทำงานได้ดีขึ้น เน้นให้เกิดการสื่อสารกันระหว่างพนักงานอย่างเพียงพอ โดยการเลือกสรรหลักสูตรการอบรมที่เหมาะสมให้พนักงานได้รับการอบรมอย่างสม่ำเสมอและต่อเนื่อง

-ส่งเสริมให้พนักงานมีความคิดริเริ่มในการพัฒนางานของตนเอง และให้พนักงานมีโอกาสในการเสนข้อคิดเห็นต่างๆที่เป็นประโยชน์

-บริหารค่าใช้จ่ายของคลังให้อยู่ในงบประมาณที่ตั้งไว้ และจัดให้มีการทำงบประมาณแยกตามแผนกเพื่อสะดวกในการวิเคราะห์ และควบคุมค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกิดขึ้นในแต่ละเดือน ซึ่งรวมถึงการบริหารทรัพย์สินภายใคลังให้สามารถใช้งานได้อย่างคุ้มค่า

-จัดการให้มีระบบการจัดทำรายงาน และการจัดเก็บข้อมูลที่เป็นระบบ และเพียงพอในการบริหารงาน การวางแผน และใช้ในการวิเคราะห์เพื่อหาแนวทาง และความเป็นไปได้ต่างๆ ซึ่งเป็นประโยชน์อย่างยิ่งในการวางแผนงานเพื่อแก้ไข ในการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ และการเพิ่มการทำกำไรให้กับบริษัทฯ ทั้งในระยะสั้นและระยะยาว

-ประสานงานกับฝ่ายจัดการในการวางนโยบาย ตั้งเป้าหมายและการกำหนดกลยุทธต่างๆ เพื่อให้บริษัทฯ เกิดความเจริญก้าวหน้า

-รับผิดชอบเรื่องการประสานงานกับหน่วยราชการในเรื่องต่างๆ เพื่อให้มีการดำเดินงานของคลังได้ถูกต้องตามกฏหมาย

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร:

-การศึกษาขั้นต่ำปริญญาตรี ในสาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

-มีประสบการณ์การทำงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ในตำแหน่งผู้จัดการคลังเก็บน้ำมันและท่าเทียบเรือน้ำลึก หรือตำแหน่งเทียบเคียง อย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี
