We are looking for FA Engineer (Failure Analysis Engineer) for the Power Electronics plant
Your main role is to:- Analysis of defect units returned from customer / contact manufacturing / factory or marketing field
- Determine and set up test equipment and test fixture for repair/analysis.
- Provide and set up test equipment and fixture for repairing include special request from customer or factory.
- Review all test equipment to be in accordance with the calibration requirement.
- Keep records of all failure analysis activities.
- Conduct other FA tasks requested by QA or customers.
- Generate the Analysis Report per customer or internal factory required.
- Work with factory to find out the root cause, corrective and prevention actions and try to reduplicate the failure symptoms.
- Conduct screening, FA and rework activities at customer sites if necessary.
- Must be familiar with all operating policies and Work Instructions for FA/QA
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics Engineer, or related field from a recognized university.
- Working experiences in related functions 2-3 years or above
