BASIC PURPOSE

To operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment and processes in a safe, efficient, and compliant manner. The Process Operator is responsible for executing daily production tasks according to standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring product quality, food safety, and environmental standards are met. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to respond to process deviations or equipment issues. Operators are expected to work collaboratively with team members and cross-functionally with Maintenance and Project teams to support a safe, clean, and compliant workplace, while contributing to continuous improvement, cost control, and operational excellence.

MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

2.1 Safety/Health/Environment/Quality and Food Safety

Support the plant's safety, health and environmental programs and industrial hygiene programs.

• Participate and commit to safe work practices, EHS programs, training and Emergency drills to increase safety self awareness.behavioral based safety, Hazard Recognition, Hazard identification, Environmental Aspect and emergency response activities as required.
• Participate in site quality programs, behavioral based quality&food safety activities.
• Comply with external and internal requirements and regulations (EHS IFF Standard, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, cGMP&HACCP, ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, etc) & Sedex compliance
• Follow cGMP&HACCP Practice.
• Follow all safety protocols and report any hazards or malfunctions. Participate in emergency responds team.

2.2 Technical/ Functional

• Control and oversee machinery and equipment used in the production process to ensure
• They are in normal condition and can operate efficiently, safely, and with minimal environmental impact.
• Monitor abnormalities in production and address initial problems.
• Inspect and record the working condition of machinery to ensure they are always in good and safe working condition, and report any abnormalities found.
• Record the quantity of chemicals, load chemicals, and collect various samples.
• Maintain the production area and process according to cGMP/HACCP principles, and the company's safety, occupational health, and environmental standards.
• Participate in safety and environmental activities, Hazard Recognition activities, BBS STOP for Safety activities, and report injuries, safety and environmental incidents, and provide safety and environmental suggestions.
• Work upon supervisor's assignments

2.3 Personal Development/Learning

• Develop multi skill capability by proactively learning tasks in other trade areas.
• Demonstrate and encourage the use of positive behaviors.
• Coordinate with upstream and downstream teams to ensure process alignment.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and maintenance teams regarding operational needs.
• Trains and provide leadership to new Process Operators.

QUALIFICATIONS

3.1 Education/Experience

• Diploma certificate or equivalent in petrochemical, mechanical, industrial and/or related field.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in manufacturing operations required with chemical or food additive plant experience preferred.

3.2 Knowledge/Skills/Competencies

• Basic knowledge of quality control procedures, processing equipment and plant utilities, or equivalent experience at a chemical plant or food additive plants preferred.

Be responsible for MC production process to setting operation also achieve production volume as sequencing requirements,

Maintain WPS ,CGRS and process setting. Main responsible is Radial tire. Ensure quality of product comforming with standard and excellence in safety of working environment.

Your tasks

Responsible to continuously monitor and maintain the process settings of the production machines, to ensure that the product-specifications are within defined tolerances. Conduct capability studies, process trials and root-cause analyses in order to improve technical processes with respect to process capability, efficiency and scrap.

› Monitoring and maintaining process parameters within given boundary conditions to ensure that product specifications are met

› Escalation and correction if process parameters are out of action limits and/or tolerances

› Recipe Management: Ability to load recipes into equipment, basic know-how about trouble-shooting of recipe loading and validation issues
