WE ARE LOOKING FOR.
- Understand and assess current process. Perform and analyze people, process, technology, and data to provide opportunity improvement
- Own process improvement end to end whilst driving these improvements using Lean Six Sigma or related methodology to drive efficient ways of working
- Create a high performance future operating models and process for the function to include technology platform
- Take a role of Business Quality Partner to ensure governance and controls are upheld and delivered. Oversee risk and issue management along with key stakeholder engagement
Business Process Improvement (BPI)
- Understand, assess and identify improvement opportunity of PD current process, including business process modelling recommendation through innovation and creative thinking
- Collaborate with project manager and cross-functional teams to execute /Implement the identified & validated solution within time, quality and budget
- Liaise between various business department and teams
Business Quality Partner (BQP)
- Has a key responsibility in implementing awareness initiatives and measures on improving Business Quality, overseeing, monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of related controls/processes and implementing changes as the required by applicable policies, standards and the company’s guidelines, which are following laws and regulations
- Maintain document of all various projects and business operation
- Oversee risk and issue management along with stakeholder

Position: Software Quality Governance (Process Improvement & Process Quality)
Job Role and Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the company’s processes and practices based on our internal standard to ensure the higher quality and
efficiency in software development.
2. Work closely with the development and test team to deliver the quality and efficiency best practices, problem solving, tools, visibility, and measurements as appropriate.
3. Continuously improve company’s software development processes for higher quality and efficiency
4. Manage traditional SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) process framework, best practices, and process tools/templates to enable project teams to self-learn, practice, manage and control project activities
5. Design and manage measurements of software development practices to monitor the on-going quality and efficiency
6. Provide the process improvement progress visibility and defined measurements to management of Process Quality Assurance
7. Collaborate with development and test team to address product development quality and efficiency issues reported by project teams
8. Provide consultation to project teams to adopt traditional SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) process framework, best practices, process
tools/templates, and measurements on daily basis
9. Provide the process improvement progress visibility and defined measurements to managements

experience
1. Male/Female. Age 25-35years old.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Technology, Electrical Engineering or Engineering related field.
3. At least 3 years of experience in software process improvement or process quality assurance tasks.
4. Proven knowledge in software engineering, quality management, and some process improvement standards
5. Intermediate level of English.

Job Description
Manage and implement policy and direction development for business process improvement in terms of inspiring, building, and developing best practice of organization, including providing improvement advice, to ensure efficiency and productivity of business operations, aligning with organization’s goals and objectives
**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Lead and implement directions for business process improvement, including reengineering business process, to maximize profitable operations
- Oversee analysis, development, and implementation of the current and new business processes and practices to use to improve business operations and processes
- Provide advice and recommendations on areas of improvement, key business process risks and issues that impact business operations to support in term of solutions

**Qualifications**:

- Have strong analytical, numerical, and financial skills
