• Survey and investigate pain-points, unnecessary processes within Consumer Team (IT, Business, Strategy and etc.) to understand the processes and pain points and adjust proper processes to reduce the pain, assigned process scope and coordinating new process development.

Job Summary
The Process Improvement Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence across food manufacturing and packaging processes, ensuring compliance with BRC Global Standards for Food Safety and implementing robust Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) programs. This role focuses on improving efficiency, reducing waste, enhancing product quality, and ensuring food safety compliance in line with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement

• Analyze current manufacturing and packaging processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies to improve productivity and reduce waste.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and work instructions.

BRC Compliance & Food Safety

• Ensure all process improvements comply with BRC Global Standards, HACCP, GMP, and other regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance to maintain audit readiness and address non-conformities.
• Lead internal audits and support external BRC audits.

Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM)

• Develop and oversee PPM schedules for packaging and production equipment to minimize downtime.

Project Management & Cost Control

Process Improvement Engineer (Base Rangsit)

Responsibilities

1. Conduct machine operation testing, analyze root causes of problems, and recommend corrective and improvement actions.
2. Collect problem data, perform root cause analysis, and propose solutions or coordinate with relevant departments to ensure proper resolution.
3. Design machine parts using engineering design software (CAD).
4. Prepare technical reports and documentation related to machine performance, problem analysis, and improvement activities.
5. Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical , Electrical , Mechatronics Engineering, or other related fields.
2. Have at least 1 year of experience in Process Improvement / Machine Improvement
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and ZW3D / SolidWorks / AutoCAD .
4. Knowledge of PLC and electrical circuitry systems (Direct Start, Star Delta) (preferred).
5. Possesses resilience, the ability to work under pressure, and demonstrates responsibility.
6. Good command of English with a TOEIC score of over 350 (preferred).
7. Availability to work on Saturdays times per month).
8. Personal vehicle and driver's license (preferred).
