- Act as the single point of contact for Procurement business stakeholders. Manage expectations, escalate blockers, and ensure transparent communication across functions.

Operational Improvement & governance
- Identifying and enabling digitization and automation opportunities, that streamline processes and improve efficiency, by mobilizing the right resources.
- Oversee IT demand intake, prioritization and execution. Coordinate execution through COE and SME, manage timelines, dependencies and quality across initiatives.
- Establish and uphold governance, standards, and best practices for Coupa configuration, integration, and data management, fostering consistency and quality
Delivery Orchestration
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with Coupa and third-party implementation partners to ensure high service quality and value for all stakeholders.
- Setting engagement framework by facilitating initial alignments between business & technical teams, ensuring clarity on objectives, scope and success criteria.
- Empowering COE/SME to lead subsequent technical discussions & solutioning, while maintaining structured oversight by having progress checkpoints.
Digital Advocacy
- Champion digital adoption and upskilling across the cluster. Inspire business leaders to embrace data-drive decision making and emerging technologies.
- Drive user engagement and adoption through inclusive training, clear communication, and ongoing support, empowering everyone to thrive in a digital environment.
- Oversee system support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement efforts to maintain a stable, high-performing Coupa platform
Data & Insights
- Enable data-driven decision-making by ensuring accurate reporting, analytics, and spend visibility through Coupa.
Compliance and Security
- Maintain strict adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and security standards, ensuring the platform remains safe and compliant.

What You need to be successful
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
- Solid experience in IT or digital roles, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience managing or implementing SAP or Coupa solutions.
- Strong understanding of procurement, sourcing, invoicing, and expense management processes.
- Proven experience in leading enterprise application projects, including system integration and change management.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and their integration with Coupa.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Coupa certifications or training (e.g., Coupa Admin, Coupa Integration Specialist) are a plus.
- Experience working in a global or regional role across multiple time zones and cultures is advantageous.

About Us: As a leading OEM/ODM cosmetics company, we pride ourselves on innovation and quality. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our Supply Chain Management team and play a key role in our production process here in Thailand.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for raw materials and packaging, from sourcing to delivery.
- Identify and evaluate new suppliers to ensure we have a reliable and cost-effective network.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable contracts.
- Issue and manage purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
- Track and expedite orders to ensure materials are delivered on time to meet production schedules.
- Monitor and report on key metrics such as inventory levels, cost savings, and supplier performance.
- Resolve any issues with suppliers, including quality discrepancies or delivery delays.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, Production, and Quality Control teams to ensure material specifications and needs are met.
- Assist the SCM Manager with various tasks and special projects as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a purchasing or procurement role, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in the cosmetics or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry is a significant plus.
- Demonstrated experience in a high-volume purchasing environment, specifically with Bill of Materials (BOM) and a high number of SKUs.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to maintain a professional, firm stance with suppliers.
- Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English are a must.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
