Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with key customers to ensure their needs and strategic priorities are reflected in our product roadmap and implementation plans.
  • Gather requirements and feedback from regional sales teams, new and existing customers, and program management. Document these requirements, including customer experience insights, and work with our Product, User Experience (UX/UI), and Development teams to build and implement these initiatives.
  • Own the product roadmap and strategy for our digital wallet and merchant solutions, which include mobile apps, web applications, APIs, and back-end solutions, with a strong focus on the Southeast Asian market.

About You

Job Description

Main role and responsibility

  • Empowered & accountable for the product management team's delivery of outcomes.
  • Lead, empower, coach and motivate squads under Garage Methodology.
  • Set vision, prepare and maintain the overall prioritized product backlog for large projects, using it to coordinate work through the product owners of the Scrum Teams.
  • Manage stakeholders and create advocates in the enterprise leadership for the product vision.
  • Oversee and facilitate the Product Chapter to uplift its quality, practices and capability.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Experience in management consulting firm
  • Possess Product Owner accreditation (e.g. Certified Product Owner - Scrum Alliance)
  • Have a strong business acumen and have demonstrated experience in developing products across the whole product lifecycle (from business case to scaling)
  • Have worked in a new ways of working environment and have a good understanding of Agile and Human Centred Design
  • A post-graduate degree (typically in Finance, Commerce, Engineering, Science or an MBA), as well as industry qualifications (e.g. CFA, CPA)
  • Able to communicate in Thai and English
