+ To prepare product supply volume forecast by working with supply chain manager to ensure product availability

+ To manage and communicate sales information and product changes both internally and externally. Also to work with Medical Affairs to educate and train salespeople on disease, product knowledge and competitor's information, presents brand strategies, campaign and key messages, also coordinates with Training Manager to ensure they are able to deliver key messages to the right target customers and handle basic objections through sales certification.
+ To regularly perform market research, pricing and competitive analysis by customer segment and recommend strategies in order to improve market position, improve quality or reduce costs. To monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the products/services
+ To implement and monitor the effectiveness of all marketing activities in order to improve on marketing strategy/plan. Join planning reviews "Business and territory plan and provide feedback to ensure consistency alignment.
+ To collaborate closely with the Market Access team to develop and execute pricing strategies that ensure competitiveness and alignment with market dynamics.
+ To monitor, analyze, and evaluate product performance, sales volume, revenue and customer feedback to generate new product ideas, identify product/service features that need to be changed to meet customer needs, and liaise with other areas of the organization (for example production, research and development) to implement these changes.
+ To establish and maintain relationship with National KOLs as well as key stakeholder e.g. health authorities, associations, hospital key decision makers for the sake of business performance.

**The team**:
- Simplifies all day to day operational and financial processes required for running the Coda Payments ecosystem. With massive data volumes, we **automate reconciliation and reportings** for each expansion and make **settlements** with payment methods and publishers easy and reliable. We are the heart of Coda Payments!
- Service our payment partners to track their transactions via the portal.
**The role**:
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join the Settlement and Service Portal team to own, build and drive the platform and features to make our Back Office management system as well as our payment partner’s service portal a powerful tool.
**As a member of our team, your responsibilities include**:
- Defining a roadmap to meet our business objectives, fostering strong collaboration across teams and managing your product’s lifecycle end-to-end.
- Collaborating with engineering, design, business stakeholders such as finance, accounting, publisher partnership and channel partnership to define a product roadmap.
- Maintain a prioritised product backlog based on user feedback and business value.
- Define success metrics and measure the impact of features you build.
- Leading the team to deliver the roadmap through agile sprint cycles, breaking down the product roadmap into executable stories and requirements.
- Creating feedback loops to understand stakeholders pain points and representing them sufficiently to the team.
- 4+ years experience as a product manager with demonstrated success in building and scaling back office management systems, including integration with third party-systems, features in designing settlements, reportings and reconciliation with clear targets and impact; ideally in a fintech, eCommerce or tech startup environment.
- Experience working closely with enterprise customers, understanding their pain points and addressing their needs.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities to present complex systems to non-technical stakeholders and leading by influence.
- Self-starter and driven to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Zero to one experience is a plus.
- Experience in e-commerce, payment and fintech
- Experience with API documentation and logs, query to database, and mild knowledge on infrastructure tools are a plus

**Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:
- Execute the AKA ARC strategy in Zone providing feedback when needed to address zone-specific issues.
- Gather both quantitative and qualitative data on the market in which the anesthesia and respiratory segments play.
- Collect competitive insights on ARC products and feedback to AKA ARC Segment Leader.
- Keep abreast of current industry associations and work with AKA Segment Leader as well as AKA Product Marketing Leader to determine conference attendance plans.
- Work with AKA Product Marketing Leader to execute product-specific marketing strategies.
- Engage with Zone Commercial teams to be the first point of contact for product-related expertise.
- Work with Zone Applications to train/educate Zone Commercial teams, Channel Partners and end-user customers when needed, on technical aspects of the product portfolio as well as competitive positioning and value propositions.
- Attend end-user customer meetings in Collaboration with the Commercial and Applications teams where appropriate.
- Review funnel health and collaborate with Zone Commercial teams to address concerns.
- Assisting with the management of CSO (Customer Satisfaction Opportunity) case and attending Zone CSO escalation meetings as appropriate.
- Participate in the development of product specific KOL’s.
- Participate in the establishment of reference and show sites.
**Qualifications**:
- 5+ years’ experience in product management, marketing or related field.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- Healthcare product/industry acumen.
- Track record of driving for results.
- Customer facing skills and the ability to present to groups of individuals.
- Team player - collaborates well with colleagues in and outside the Zone.
- Strong communication skills.

- Deep expertise in market & customer insights, product commercialization and branding.
