**What you will handle**:

**What you have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in product management, ideally with accounting products or e-commerce products.
- Proven track record in delivery new products or new features
- Strong ability to understand technical concepts and evaluate tech solutions for business needs.
- Experience in managing product performance metrics and making data-informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, with a talent for aligning diverse stakeholder groups.

**Position overview**:
Are you experienced and versatile in marketing and hungry to understand people, about how a product and service can satisfy their needs? Do you want to build a brand and work in an entrepreneurial team to grow our business?

As our ideal Marketing Manager, you will support allnex Additives business strategy in developing and delivering greater value through innovative market driven solutions. In this role, you will be comfortable with strategic-, general marketing
- and communication tasks, being fully involved in driving, supporting and executing our growth initiatives. The role is part of the global Additives business leadership.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and drive a global Additives-business customer experience program including regional MARCOM strategies.
- Support the Additives business leadership to update and implement the global STRAP and prepare M&A and cooperation activities.
- Translate market trends into portfolio development guidelines, further expanding our sustainable - and sustainability enhancing - product portfolio.
- Identify target audiences and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
- Localize literature, support and communicate new tools to the AP team.
- Develop and identify new markets where allnex product has high potential growth.
- Provide critical business research and analysis support in assisting business-wide resource allocation and target prioritization.
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple Additive platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
- Cooperate with global Growth Platforms Marketing.
- Participate in global Additives business leadership team.
- Participate and/or lead product development-/project teams.

**Required skills and experience**:

- 8-10 years of professional experience in marketing and commercial disciplines.
- Proven experience crafting captivating marketing plans and campaigns.
- Digital savviness, experience navigating digital landscape using marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Proficiency with online marketing and social media expertise to engage audiences, skills and experience exploring innovative ways to connect beyond the usual.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
- Strong business acumen, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent team player in multidisciplinary and multiregional teams.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills, talent to inspire greatness within teams.

**Qualifications**:

- Master Degree in Science, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- MBA is a plus.
