**What You'll Do on a Typical Day**
+ We expect you to manage the entire product lifecycle, so you must possess a combination of technical and business understanding.
+ You will work with a team of experts in the business travel and call center technology field, delivering the highest level of technology & service to our colleagues and travelers.
+ Fully own the strategy, planning, and development of one of our projects.
+ Work with senior management locally and internationally on product strategy and development

**What We're Looking For**
+ Excellent in English, both written and oral form
+ Programming, database, or IT technical design background. You must have real-world technical experience.
+ Experience with Salesforce is an advantage, although it is not crucial
+ Experience in communicating with all relevant parties through usual mechanisms like release notes, external-facing product documentation, developer work tickets, and internal product documentation.
+ 1-2 years of experience as a product owner
+ Experience in customer support technologies is helpful
+ Familiarity with Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies
+ Solid understanding and experience using metrics to improve a product.
+ Solid grasp of UX principles and how to apply them individually and in collaboration with a designer
+ In this role, you communicate with teams worldwide. Therefore, you are required to have good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute project roadmaps and define goals, objectives and approaches for partner success and transformation.
- Create the AI Machine Learning plan for the Insurtech partner program.
- Work closely with project members in providing leadership and acting as a primary communicator to link among the teams as well as organize the teams’ performance and project activities, such as project decision making and buy-in from the stakeholders.
- Prioritize and maintain the partner-facing sprint backlog together with relevant documents for assigned project products with the aim of balancing the requirements of stakeholders and increasing visibility into project states.
- Stay up to date with new data and analytical technology in order to educate related parties, define opportunity statement, adopt innovations and improve business operations in a timely manner.
- Provide unified direction and be accountable for the success of Insurtech partner projects as a frontman or center of the initiatives' development cycle.
