**Role Responsibilities:**
+ Execute product planning strategically to ensure new product satisfies markets' requirements.
+ Seek for market opportunities of new products and also leverage avaiable products to other potential markets
+ Coordinate with relevant functions ensuring product literatures, technical training, and/or marketing literatures are appropriately provided on timely basis.
**Role Purpose:**
+ Execute strategic new product solution for Mid & Long range plan
+ Align SE expectation(Price, Spec and Time-line) with factory proposal.
+ Manage product development project ensuring they are all on time and achieve KPIs
**Minimum Requirements:**
