Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the continuous rolling calculations and order releases for imported parts production, and the continuous tracking of parts shipment and delivery status.
- Responsible for managing import supply chain risks, tracking supplier holidays, capacity status, and monitoring sudden risks to ensure timely fulfillment of production needs.
- Responsible for monitoring inventory turnover and long-cycle inventory of imported parts.
- Responsible for submitting and tracking the demand for supplementary imported parts.
- Responsible for controlling the sunk cost of imported parts for discontinued models.
- Responsible for the management and standardization of the KD (Knock-Down) warehouse.
- Responsible for formulating and implementing plans for cyclic and static inventory counts in the KD warehouse and meeting various ad-hoc inventory count requirements.
- Responsible for maintaining the accuracy of data across related inventory systems.
- Responsible for KD unpacking, receiving, and inventory accounting management.
- Responsible for the comprehensive tracking and management of the warehousing and shipment process for imported parts.
- Responsible for arranging emergency transportation for imported parts.
- Responsible for formulating import transportation plans, tracking transportation dynamics, and managing container pick-ups.
- Responsible for advancing improvements in transportation plans and cycles, optimizing international logistics, and enhancing the cost and efficiency of imported parts warehousing.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in operating systems, responsible for system data setup and maintenance Calculate production, sample, and additional demand accurately.
- Regularly release forecasted, confirmed, and urgent orders to suppliers. Establish plans for parts resource preparation, supporting parts ordering during production plan fluctuations.
- Control sunk costs for domestic parts orders related to discontinued vehicle models.
- Responsible for improving the delivery system capability of suppliers.
- Responsible for continuous rolling of import material production calculations and order releases. Continuously track part shipments and delivery statuses.
- Responsible for assessing and managing risks in the import supply chain. Monitor supplier holidays, capacity status, and unforeseen risks.
- Address timely tracking of meeting production demand.
- Monitor turnover and long-cycle inventory of imported parts.
- Responsible for formulating manual delivery instructions, driving JOT delivery of parts, and handling production anomalies. Lead the handling of receiving failure reports, responsible for troubleshooting and improvement management of supplier deliveries.
- Manage the daily operations of third-party logistics for inbound logistics. Responsible for improving domestic parts logistics and managing logistics costs post mass production.
- Possess the ability to manage supplier stocking, in-transit transportation, and warehouse operations. Proficient in handling JOT deliveries and real-world experience in managing production anomalies. Leadership skills in handling receiving failure reports, fault resolution, and improvement management. Familiarity with the operational management of third-party logistics. Relevant experience in improving domestic parts logistics and cost management.
- Standard and fluent English and Thai, understanding Chinese is preferred
