Job Description

• Schedule production plan, input work order into internal planning system.(BOSS).
• Daily production result monitor and manage inventory of WIP (Material) and finished goods.
• Coordinate with cross functional for solving backorders issues impacting planning and shipment.
• Control main production related tooling & equipment such as curing mold, Jig, Auxiliaries (Cart, Liner) etc.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics or related field.
• At least 4-6 years in manufacturing about Production Planning and Control, Inventory Management and Shipment Management.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Good command of Computer literacy OA operation (Word, Excel, Power point).
• Able to work in Amata City Industrial Estate, Rayong.

Qualification:-

• Bachelor's Degree in Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, Economic, Business, Industrial Engineering or related fields
• 1-2 years of work experience in electronics company preferable work in production planning and material control
• Able to communicate in English
• Computer skill : Microsoft Office (Excel : V lookup, Pivot, Sum if)

- ควบคุมต้นทุนการผลิต

- กำหนดมาตรฐานคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์

- กำกับดูแลการทำงานของพนักงานให้เป็นไปตามแผน

- วางแผนพัฒนาพนักงาน

- ติดตามและประเมินผลการพัฒนาพนักงาน

- ติดต่อประสานงานกับฝ่ายต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง

- สรุปผลการทำงานเพื่อรายงานต่อผู้บริหาร

Requirement

- วุฒิการศึกษา ระดับ ปริญญาตรี สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Production Planning อย่างน้อย 3 ปีขึ้นไป

- มีประสบการณ์ในสายอุตสาหกรรม Printing กระดาษ, สติ๊กเกอร์, garment (กลุ่มลูกค้า Automotive, Cosmetic) (จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)

***มีประสบการณ์อุตสาหกรรม Made to Order แบบ Printing Solution (จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)***

About the role

As a Production Control Manager at MINEBEA ACCESSSOLUTIONS THAI LTD., you will play a crucial role in overseeing the planning, scheduling, and control of the company's production processes. This is a full-time position based in Chonburi, Chonburi. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of the company's manufacturing operations, aligning with the overall strategic objectives of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and control systems to optimise workflow and meet customer demand
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production-related issues, minimising disruptions and ensuring on-time delivery
3. Analyse production data and metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
4. Oversee the management of inventory levels, raw materials, and work-in-progress to maintain optimal stock levels
5. Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, internal policies, and quality standards
6. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production control professionals to enhance their skills and drive continuous improvement

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a production control or planning role, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics industry
2. Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and inventory management principles
3. Proficient in data analysis and the use of production control software and tools e.g. ERP AS400
4. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
5. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve operational excellence
6. Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and quality standards
7. Language skill English Toiec score > 500 , or JP N2 up

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a combined team across PPC and Warehouse departments.
• Develop and manage production schedules based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and capacity constraints.
• Ensure timely availability of raw materials and components through effective planning and coordination with procurement and suppliers.
• Monitor production performance and coordinate cross-functionally to address any delays or material shortages.
• Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control, and space optimization within the warehouse.
• Implement and maintain warehouse best practices aligned with Summit Group standards, including safety, 5S, and continuous improvement.
• Drive KPI achievement in areas such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and on-time delivery.
• Lead monthly stock counts, investigate variances, and take corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments such as Quality, Purchasing, and Production to ensure smooth operations.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to build team capability and engagement.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in PPC and Warehouse operations, with 5+ years in management role.
• Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and production planning processes.
• Experience working in automotive manufacturing or similar fast-paced environments is a strong advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, JIT, and warehouse safety standards.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant planning tools.
• Good command of English and Thai languages.
