About the role

2. Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and planning tools.
5. Good communication in English and coordination skills.
6. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
7. Knowledge of lean manufacturing, just-in-time (JIT), or other planning methodologies is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans in alignment with customer orders and production capacity.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, Production, and Sales teams to ensure accurate raw material and inventory management.
• Monitor and adjust production schedules in response to urgent orders, raw material shortages, or machine downtime.
• Analyze sales forecasts and align production and raw material procurement plans accordingly.
• Review and improve planning processes on a regular basis (daily/weekly/monthly/yearly).
• Control production planning to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets.
• Monitor stock levels of raw materials and finished goods to prevent stockouts or overproduction.
• Identify and solve production planning issues and propose process improvements.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
