TE Connectivity's Materials Planning Teams are responsible for the plans, schedules, and monitoring of the movement of material through the production cycle. + MRP exception reports for Finished Goods while optimizing on-hand inventory and meeting service requirements. Execute all MRP exception messages (07, 10, 15, 20, 26).
+ Leads continuous improvement activity, individually and with teams to impact planning KPIs.
+ For finished goods, perform root causes analysis of late deliveries in support of corrective actions needed to drive delivery improvement. Able to perform similar actions proactively for future demand. Drive stock fulfilment for preferred and standard parts.
+ Reduce Past dues, Manage Pull-ins and drive improvement actions
+ Review and manage monthly S&OP and MPS with critical supplier (Supplier STC, LT accuracy, PO review), finalize Report Out of Supply Review
+ Elevate supply issues to manager, work for resolution and execute the determined course of action.
+ Perform with minimal costs of premium freight to ship out finished products to meet customer requirements. Use of express shipments should be approved by Planning Manager in case of delays.
+ Highlight component delivery issues to Strategic Buyer to ensure components are available to support the delivery schedule, expediting / de-expediting as appropriate
+ Manage inventory levels in order to maximize inventory turns for FG and subcontracting components. Execute Scrap process.
+ Place Purchase Order following GIATP process.
+ Analysis & maintenance of all planning related reports, files & documents including Team & Supplier Performance

**Responsibilities**

**Sales and Operations Planning**
- Participating in the Sales & Operations planning process through:

- Participating in the Demand Review forecasts with the sales and project and production teams.
- Leading the Supply Review, developing the Supply Chain plans, and communicating requirements to members of the supply chain.
- Coordinating supply chain resources and activities to ensure parts and services are available to meet the demand plan and Supply Chain plan.
- Proactively participating in the development of products, and changes to existing engineering to ensure controlled and timely changes in material, purchasing, and production flows.

**Warehouse and Logistics**
- Overseeing the completion of annual / scheduled stock take(s).
- Coordinating the import and/or export of parts, and equipment from all locations to Thailand.
- Establishing and administering freight contracts to optimize freight costs across Thailand operations.

**Inventory**
- Through regularly reviewing and updating, ensure inventory levels enable us to consistently meet our promised lead times with our customers, and reduce waste or obsolescence, while also meeting our financial targets on working capital, material expenses, and EBITA.
- Standardizing inventory management policy and practices.
- Establishing ABC-type metrics and reporting to drive decision-making and minimize the levels of slow-moving/obsolete inventory.
- Leading a cross-functional steering committee to monitor inventory performance, and find solutions to increase inventory optimization.
- Overseeing the completion of annual / scheduled stock take(s).

**Requirements**:

- 5 years experience in a management position, demonstrated experience in leadership and management of small teams.
- 5-10 years of Supply Chain experience, specifically inventory, purchasing, warehousing, and logistics.
- A comprehensive understanding of Supply Chain Management principles.
- Demonstrated budgetary management.
- Advanced risk and business management skills including information gathering and data analysis.
- Strong work ethic.
- Demonstrated awareness of LEAN manufacturing principles.

Job Description

Your day as a Supply Chain Manager

This position is responsible to lead, manage and monitor Logistics, Planning, Sourcing, and IT Teams to ensure all sections run smoothly and effectively. Lead and improve Demand & Supply with cross-functional team, drive the demand planning process by using KPIs & other measures to support and ensure that at strategic and operational level the Supply Chain Department is aligned with the priorities and activities of the business and other functions.

**To do so, you will be in charge of**:
■ Driving teams to achieve both the company's Key Performance Indicators, as well as Department KPIs

■ Improve service quality, supplier performance, employee efficiency, interdepartmental communication, delivery performance and customer satisfaction.

■ Analyzes statistical models, economic trends and other business information to support the development of the demand plan and act as the centralized point of Supply Chain team to ensure information is fully circulated and enable team to be proactive to tackle the change in time.

■ Optimize operational resources while executing cost reductions and inventory controls

■ Collaboration with other departments to perform good results for various issues such as engineering change, new product implementation, new supplier, new drawing or production scheduling.

■ Determine Key Supply Chain KPIs.

■ Plan and implement overall supply chain strategy.

■ Developing and maintaining a long-term Supply Chain plan.

What do we ask from you?

Must have qualifications

■ Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistic, Engineer or related field.

■ At least 17 years of experience in supply chain management with minimum of 6 years in managerial level.

■ Excellent command of English.

■ Solid knowledge of supply chain management

■ Solid knowledge of corporate SAP system, and inventory management.

■ Advanced risk and business management skills including information gathering and data analysis.

■ Have strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills and be comfortable in a hands-on role with the capacity to step up and contribute to major projects as they arise.

■ Be a committed team player who can communicate well, work independently and effectively organize your own workload.

■ Strong management, negotiation, analytical and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have qualifications

■ Proficient in MS Office, Experience in Oracle, and SAP is preferable.

■ Overseas working experience and/or working experience in a Western company is preferable.

■ Gained TOEIC score above 750 or similar English proficiency test result is preferable.
