- Investigate quality complaints and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor, audit and support the sanitary process.
- Provides advice and/or conducts quality-related methodology/tools (esp. risk management, identify and conduct relevant lessons learned, Quality Gates, Non-conformance management, root cause analyze, etc.).

**Operational Oversight:** Monitor and oversee the day-to-day manufacturing operations (Mixing, Extruding, Coating, Cutting, SP process, Inspection & Packing) to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently _i.e. process audit, Gemba walk, etc.,_
**Process Improvement:** Identify opportunities for process improvement, optimization, and cost reduction. Implement changes as needed to enhance productivity and quality _thru Kaizen program, process & machine auditing_
**Equipment Maintenance:** Maintain and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment to ensure it operates correctly. Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and upgrades when necessary.
**Quality Assurance:** Ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications. Conduct inspections and tests as required to verify product integrity.
**Training and Mentorship:** Provide training and mentorship to junior technicians and operators. Share knowledge and best practices to help develop their skills and expertise.
**Documentation and Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of production activities, including equipment logs, process parameters, and quality control data. Generate reports on key performance metrics and communicate findings to management.
**Safety Compliance:** Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Identify and mitigate potential hazards or risks.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Collaborate with other departments such as engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of objectives.
**Problem Solving:** Identify and resolve issues that arise during manufacturing processes promptly and effectively. Implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

**Inventory Management:**
+ Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
+ Coordinate with supply chain to ensure adequate stock.
+ Minimize waste and optimize inventory utilization.
**Collaboration:**
+ Communicate effectively with other departments (e.g., engineering, quality control, maintenance).
+ Provide input on process improvements, cost reduction initiatives and kaizen.
+ Other assignment from supervisor & manager.
**MUST HAVE:**
+ Experience in Production Line Leader from manufacturing environment is a must.
+ Experience in Electronic manufacturing 5 - 8 years is preferred.
+ Ability to work rotating shifts, with days off that may not fall on weekends
**WE VALUE:**
+ High vocational certificate or bachelor's degree in engineering.
+ Problem-solving skills.
+ Basic English communication skill - both verbal and written

**Job Overview**
Participates in each phase of the manufacturing process and follows appropriate guidelines and standards in corresponding functions, according to regulations.
**Job Requirements**
+ Compiles systematic diagrams or reports on manufacturing procedures and results, facility utilization, failure summaries, etc. and advises on process optimization.
+ Participates in and monitors manufacturing processes; implements appropriate operation standards and follows production regulations.
+ Reschedules manufacturing tasks among technicians to cope with requirement variances.
+ Guides junior technicians on how to operate and maintain equipment, and provides further training, as necessary.
**What your background should look like**
Typically requires 4-5 years or more of related work experience. Requires high school diploma. Completion of an AA degree or equivalent is preferred.
