- Identify and optimize key processes to transition projects into longer-term business models

**Job Requirements**
- Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
- 4-6 years with experience in e-commerce, tech, project management, and consulting, or MBA graduate from leading university
- Interest in e-commerce, marketing solutions, and advertising businesses
- Passionate about process optimization and carving out new projects
- Ability to a manage team to deliver expected revenue targets
- Strong stakeholder management skills to liaise with different internal teams and senior management.
- Strong analytical skills, able to leverage data points and analysis to form actionable insights
