**Job Details**:
- Manage timelines, supplier commissioning at a project level, which includes using internal project management software.
- Monitor the hours budgeted and used by departments at a project level and assist at an overall level to ensure projects are managed efficiently.
- Run Project Review Meetings and document project learnings.
- Compiles project specific learnings and assist in the overall reporting of project learnings.

- Helps to ensure that the needs of clients/CS are being met and that they are receiving appropriate levels of service for cost requests and timelines prior to commissioning.
- Completes timesheets accurately and on time
- Thoroughly gets to know own team, account teams, other departments and suppliers.
- Has a clear and thorough understanding of the PM department’s processes and responsibilities.
- Supports other team members in order to maximize team efficiency and promotes/builds good working relationships.
- Completes Kantar Connect responsibilities on time
- Tracking, monitoring and analyzing supplier costs, including questioning costs which do not seem correct and starting to advise CS how to utilize suppliers in the most cost efficient way at a project level.

**Your Role and Responsibilities**
The Delivery Project Executive is the cornerstone to Service Delivery Excellence. The Delivery Partner ensures client needs are satisfied by constructing partnerships between the client, delivery organization, vendors and subcontractor organizations and managing the implementation of these partnerships to ensure positive client satisfaction. The Delivery Partner works with the PE and delivery organization as a primary point of contact for client needs, requirements and expectations with regard to assigned IBM delivery team operations and provides account leadership to the service delivery team to develop program, project, product, and business strategies, implementing resulting solutions to meet contract deliverables. The Delivery Partner manages cost, schedule, and service deliverables as they relate to the delivery organization. He/she supports the PE in identifying growth opportunities and contract profitability, owns service delivery quality and is responsible for tracking and reporting service level attainment/objectives.
The Delivery Partner may also perform the lead Service Delivery Manger role where appropriate to a client account. This includes management of the client operational relationship, client satisfaction, managing the cost model, supplier management, compliance posture, reporting and task management of the account delivery team.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage the day to day Service Delivery operations and act as interface between Delivery and the client account Project Executive (PE).
- Achieve agreed Account satisfaction targets; participate in the Account Satisfaction process to drive improvements in service quality.
- Assist clients in the achievement of their key business imperative.
- Follow standard Service Management processes and adopt tools as appropriate.
- Contribute to GP target for the client account.
- Assist PEs in the identification of business growth opportunities.
- Manage incidents as key success factor. Ensure adequate communication with client and Delivery Partner in any major incident. Perform "Exec Alerts" as defined.
- Fulfill process requirements and avoid unauthorized change execution.
- Manage Account Compliance
- Ensure day-to-day service operations communications are delivered to the client.
- Provide leadership and direction to the Service Delivery teams involved in service delivery.
- Develop and present client reports.
- Support Account planning/strategy.
- Support Proposal development for account including qualification of new business opportunities
- Continually identify ways to reduce costs, enhance service and process quality.
- Monitor and manage service delivery performance of Subcontractor/third party.
- Provide input to and help deliver transition plans.
- Support the PE in the management of contract change and service related issues.
- Provide appropriate account specific information to service suppliers.

7+ years of Thai speaking Project Director Executive (PDE) experience
Managing minimum of 3 full-cycle of SAP S/4 HANA implementations with large and complex scale (+100 team members and +100 business users)
Bread knowledge of Retail, Wholesales, Enterprise Sales for Telco industry is desired
Proven records to develop leadership and general management skills within teams to enable seamless succession planning, personnel development, and continued evolution around delivery quality
Demonstrated ability to manage communication to satisfy the needs of and resolve issues with project stakeholders - manages conflict and gains stakeholder trust to foster good relations
Demonstrated ability to balance dedication to clients with objectivity and independence
