- Good understanding of design (composition, planning, materials, details, furniture and fixtures).
- Able to speak and write Chinese would be a plus (to interact with Chinese clients)
- Good knowledge of drawing preparation, CAD standard and attentive to design detail, freehand sketching would be a plus
