Job Description
- Gross planning of project milestones to meet the target dates.
- Coordinate between customer and internal teams to get the required clarifications about input 2D and 3D data, quality requirements of parts, customer quality system requirements etc.
- Track the progress of tool manufacturing and facilitate resources.
- Compile the tool trial information and plan corrective actions. Get them done. Repeat till the approval process is over.
- Update customer about the progress time to time.
- Communicate the demands/ changes in customer requirements internally and get them done.
- Track the monthly orders for injection molding and help the planner to prepare monthly plan.
- Track the progress of monthly plan and raise the internal alarms to facilitate the resource availability.
- Get approval from customer and handover to production
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with at least 5-7 years of experience in Project management.
- Experience in Automotive Business
- Experiencce in Plastic Mold Design and Fundamental of Plastic Mold and program NX
- Computer Program, Ms Office (word, excel power point)
- Knowledge in ISO9001:2015, IATF16949:2016 and ISO13485:2016.AS 9100
- Good command of English and IT skills.
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skill.
- Self-confidence, independence (pervades feedback, plan time well).

- Manage and lead the project team. This involves circulating bottom-up and top-down information about the project and formally defining, in conjunction with project team members' line managers/leaders, the availability of the requisite skills and resources
- Ensure that WBS for each project has been defined and tasks have been assigned to project team by defined project management tools
- Produce summaries of development quotes drawn up in conjunction with the relevant business lines and draft technical and financial proposals to be submitted for approval by the program manager (or to the relevant department in the case of an investment project)
- Define and maintain the project reference system (document reference system, approval records, configuration reports, etc.) in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Oversee application of the project schedule and updates of management indicators (KPIs)
- Oversee the rigorous implementation and application of all project management methods in accordance with regulations and standards: weekly management meetings, KPIs (Measure project performance), dashboards, reports, etc.
- Drive periodic project reviews including Lessons Learned meetings during the overall lifecycle of the project
- Ensure that all projects deliverables are on-time, within scope, and within budget
- Conduct and prioritize changes on project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- As part of the development/sustaining process, provide input for technical choices in conjunction with the system architect and relevant business lines
- Report and escalate to the program manager and his/her line managers, and/or organization management, or to the relevant department as needed
- Provide support for the program manager when dealing with the customer and the authorities (certification/flightworthiness)
- Oversee management of development/engineering risks and opportunities on the project by integrating experience feedback and deploy appropriate mitigation plan
- Understand manufacturing and business challenges and roadblocks and adapt schedule consequently
Qualifications
- Master's or bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering or Industrialization
- Be professionally experienced in Project management
- Basic knowledge of Supply chain and Planning is a plus
- Be competent with MS-Office (Excel, PPT)
- Be competent in project management tools
- Show leadership without mandate and strong communication skills
- Be fluent in English
