The Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Dedicated Cloud Product Solutions Product Support Engineering team is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to spearhead engagement, technical advisement, and relationship management with OCI's Dedicated Region Cloud @Customer (DRCC) and Oracle Alloy customers. You should be passionate about delivering services to customers while also possessing a deep understanding of strategic business objectives. Customer TPMs must become trusted advisors to the customer, ensuring consistency and quality of deliverables, helping customers deliver their IT strategy, overcoming challenges, and meeting business goals. They must also utilize leading practices for successful Oracle technology and Cloud deployments and operations.
Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical and business skills in this area of specialization. This role requires experience working within or alongside product management, leadership skills, and strong business judgment.
Minimum Qualifications
+ Fluency in both English and Thai is required 6+ years' experience developing and implementing strategy, then executing against, large cross cutting programs that directly impact customer success.
+ You display a demonstrated ability to think broadly and strategically.
+ You possess a technology background that enables you to understand the complexities of cloud architecture and advise our customers in achieving their cloud infrastructure strategy.

+ Degree, MBA or Master degree in a technical subject area.
+ Hands-on experience with enterprise technical account management.

**Responsibilities**
+ Develop and manage DRCC and Alloy customer relationships by forming long term relationships and becoming deeply connected with customer technical staff and senior management.
+ Display authority, confidence and a significant understanding of the customers' business strategy and industry drivers. Understand the customer organization structure and key stakeholders, key projects and goals, and critical success factors as well as technical infrastructure and roadmap.
+ Work collaboratively with sales, the delivery teams, product, engineering, and customers to identify appropriate solutions.
+ Operate as the primary contact to the customer, aiding and facilitating customer communications and activities across other Oracle lines-of-business.
+ Monitor, report and communicate on complex projects for effective and efficient use of Oracle resources, achieving the contract margin and revenue objectives.
+ Act as a point of contact for any major incidents, responsible for coordinating OCI-wide response and managing communication and customer expectations through resolution.
+ Establish and maintain a program governance model with the customer at the most senior management and senior executive levels.
+ Perform proactive scope and risk management. Lead complex account planning and reviews.
+ Often takes a project/program lead role. Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products, services and processes. Lead initiatives for organizational process improvement and tool development.

+ Serves as a mediator to internal issues and conflicting priorities for members of cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing solutions to clients.
+ Determines and defines client implementation project scope and objectives.
+ Prepares budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
+ Creates the project management plan based on requirements and obtain sign off.
+ Tracks standard to complex projects cost to monitor compliance to budget.
+ Develops and manages a detailed client implementation project schedule and work plan.
+ Provides project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
+ Manages contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
+ Utilises industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
+ Monitors progress and make adjustments as needed.
+ Measures project performance to identify areas for improvement.
+ Oversees all incoming and outgoing project documentation and administration and develop relevant project status and related reports.
+ Ensures that project milestones are met, project scope changes are aligned to budget and managed effectively.
+ Actions improvements from project reviews using artefacts from projects including historical metrics to improve current project processes and increase project quality delivery.
+ Leads and manages a team of project managers and implementation resources. Provides guidance, mentorship, and supports to project teams, ensuring their effectiveness, productivity, and professional growth.

+ Extended project management experience including high complexity, cross services / technology domain solutions.
+ Extended experience using with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
+ Extended demonstrated experience managing the entire project lifecycle.
+ Extended demonstrated experience coordinating operational tasks of a team.
+ Extended demonstrated experience delivering client implementation projects.

**MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE**
Support Head of Omnichannel to initiate and drive omnichannel's strategic direction that supports customer acquisition and retention. The role will also lead complex, data-driven projects from strategy through execution, with a strong focus on achieving key business KPIs and ensuring the company remains ahead of market trends in customer experience and engagement.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Lead omnichannel projects to drive customer acquisition and retention.
+ Drive strategic omnichannel initiatives to ensure the company stays ahead of market trends and delivers seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints.
+ Develop and manage customer data segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and automation strategies.
+ Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to support CRM and omnichannel efforts.
+ Analyze customer data to identify insights and opportunities for business improvement.
+ Own dashboarding/reporting and define relevant for Omnichannel activation projects.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
+ 5+ years of experience in CRM, customer experience, or omnichannel marketing.
+ Strong understanding of customer data platforms (CDPs), marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
+ **Preferably with experience in CRM, database management, and customer insights within the banking, insurance or telecommunications industry.**
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data cross-functionally and translate insights into actionable strategies.
+ Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple priorities.
+ Proven track record of delivering measurable results through CRM and omnichannel strategies.
+ Proficiency in CRM database and analytic tools such as Salesforce, Google Analytics, Power BI, etc.
+ Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
