Delivery Project Manager, you'll be a pivotal leader at the intersection of strategy and execution. Key Responsibilities

Tech department OKRs

  • Regularly provide feedback and guidance to help teams achieve their OKRs.

  • Establish and maintain a dashboard for tracking Delivery Team OKRs.

Project Management

  • Align and Plan: Manage projects to sync with the product release pipeline and maintain a master plan that aligns with the overall strategy and deadline.

  • Methodology: Select and adapt development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) to achieve optimal project outcomes.

  • Communicate: Conduct regular meetings and provide clear progress reports to stakeholders.

*** คุณสมบัติ และประสบการณ์:


• มีปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่าในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ออกแบบภายใน สถาปัตยกรรม หรือการบริหารโครงการ

• มีประสบการณ์ในการบริหารโครงการออกแบบภายในอย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี

• มีความเข้าใจในกระบวนการออกแบบภายในและงานก่อสร้าง

• มีทักษะการบริหารและการจัดการโครงการที่ดี สามารถจัดลำดับความสำคัญ วางแผน และควบคุมขั้นตอนการทำงานได้

• มีทักษะการสื่อสารและประสานงานที่ดี สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมและร่วมมือกับบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้องได้เป็นอย่างดี

• มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้

• พร้อมเรียนรู้และปรับตัวให้ทันต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงสมัครงานนี้ทันที หากคุณมีคุณสมบัติตรงตามที่ต้องการ
