Job Description:
- Promotes the overall project operation performance and improves project efficiency of delivery projects.
- Implements the delivery project management regulations and applies them in the EPMS.
- Takes charge of the appraisal, incentives, and task management of delivery projects.
- Manages delivery projects in a standardized manner, and releases regulations and processes.
- Manages the communication of delivery projects, releases project progress, problems, and risks, and reports to internal and external departments.
- Takes charge of the manpower planning, team building, and manpower ledger release.
- Provides operation support for delivery projects, including compliance, internal control, information security, and health and safety.
- Bachelor's degree in Chinese or any field.
- Prior experience as Project Admin or management is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

QUALIFICATION/ REQUIREMENT:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Project/Construction Management, Interior Design, Architecture and/or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suites and other project management software tools.
- 1 year experience in project management, with experience in retail or F&B industry would be an added advantage. (fresh graduation are welcome)
- Familiar with design & construction drawings, project management methodologies and best practices.
- Able to read, write & converse fluently in both English and Thai language.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- To liaise with Mall/Landlord's design and project team in matters pertaining to fit-out guide & requirements, site progress, inspections and matters pertaining to site handover, site fit-out progress, and store openings.
- To liaise with internal Boost design & project team members in ensuring smooth delivery of the project.
- To visit and assess various store sites; to take site measurements and provide report on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing provisions pertaining to the site.
- To monitor, assess and report on contractor's & supplier's work progress & quality of work pertaining to store fit-out.
- To translate all documents, design comments and email contents from native Thai to English language (and vice versa) if necessary to ensure communication across all parties are aligned as well as signatories of various documents
- To raise and clarify any design ambiguities raised by the Design & Fit Out team to the Landlord's team and ensure closure of issues
- To coordinate with Landlord in submitting all necessary documents for the fit-out process from start to end of store fit-out.
- To ensure proper flow and timely submission of documents and drawing between all relevant parties without any delays or affecting the fit-out progress.
- Maintain close coordination between Landlord and Contractor to ensure attendance of compulsory trainings by the Contractor as well as timely joint inspections prior store opening.
- Ensure close coordination with suppliers, receive Quotations, Issue PO and timely payment to vendors, coordinate deliveries of equipment for opening stores & maintenance purposes.
- To prepare Bill of Quantity (BOQs) for the tendering of new/refurbished stores to Contractors for cost evaluation and budget preparation.
- To source for potential new Contractors and / suppliers as well as product testing / sampling.
- To ensure closure of issues arising from new / refurbished store opening are addressed with the Contractor within the stipulated warranty period.
- To perform thorough assessment of existing stores and provide detail report of the assessment.
- Be receptive to support other departments/functions within Boost organization whereby inputs from Design & Fit-out team is required.
- Moderate travelling to project sites is required to monitor construction progress and for meeting with Contractors as well as Landlords.
- Be able to perform under constant work pressure and expectation due to aggressive growth of store opening within the region.
