Job Description

Project Portfolio Financial Manager will running the Financial Control Process for project budgets and oversee project portfolio report and analysis to related projects including AMS / Ima /GO reporting.

JOB SCOPES:

Budget Approval & Monitoring

  • Collaborates with Project managers, Business analysts, IT leadership team / Product Owners and Ops Leadership team to ensure financial control process for projects and recharge plan.
  • Contributing to the strategic planning follow-up and proper financial governance to meet or exceed financial commitments in the business and strategic plans.
  • Facilitate, guide and ensure appropriate governance for all budget requesters.
  • Consolidates the updated list of commitments, invoices, and accruals for the project portfolio budget

  • Assists of operational reporting to Ima, AMS and GO including SLA, TAT reports for Ops team.

  • Develop and monitor monthly project budget actual spending vs. budget
  • Proactively communicate to project managers and related stakeholders for any issues / unanticipated spending

Reporting

  • Provides accurate and timely monthly financial executive report for the strategic roadmap.
  • Liaises with Finance team and provide clear view on the project budgets, committed amounts and forecast.

Project Benefit Tracking

  • Work closely with project managers to define and measure project benefits, ensuring they align with strategic objectives.
  • Regularly monitor and report on the realization of project benefits, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting/Finance or related fields.
  • At least 5 years' working experience in Financial Controller or Portfolio Management.
  • Life insurance experienced is preferable but not mandatory
  • Financial background is preferred with ability to work with high number of figures.
  • Regularity in work organization and anticipation.
  • Ability to detect issues with logical thinking and able to communicate/translate to stakeholders.
  • Ability to organize its work autonomously with adaptable to context changes and change in priorities.
  • Strong Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
