We are seeking an experienced Buyer to manage procurement activities supporting production and customer demand. This role is responsible for material planning, supplier coordination, purchase order execution, and inventory control. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Planning, Production, Engineering, Quality, and Global SCM to ensure smooth material flow, cost optimization, and on-time delivery.

You will be part of our Contract Logistics team adding your expertise + skills to the delivery of operational excellence.
**How you create impact**
Your primary objective will be to ensure 100% accuracy in stock reconciliation + inventory management for each account. You will do this by working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders while focusing on the following key activities.
- To complete daily inventory tasks, including supporting the training of others per inventory management requirements.
- To provide weekly + monthly reports as per standard operating (SOP).
- To ensure processes for inventory claims, returns, damaged goods handling are completed, identifying measures to reduce damages.
- To identify + resolve identified inventory issues via root cause analysis.
- To deliver all required of stock counts in accordance with customer requirements + our guidelines.
**What we would like you to bring**
+ Candidate must have at least 1-2 years of working experience in inventory control for 3PL warehouse.
+ Preferable from Automotive Freezone background
+ Able to track data, managing stock inbound and outbound and understand transactions of import and export
+ Able to use Excel such as VlookUp, Pivot or PowerQuery
+ Good in communication in general and able to communicate in English would be additional advantage.
