  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to develop detailed execution plans and monitor progress against key performance indicators (KPIs).

RESPONSIBILITY

  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and
    regulatory frameworks specific to government procurement and financial services

REQUIREMENT

  • 5+ years of demonstrable experience in Business Development or Sales, with a proven track record of successfully establishing and managing relationships with Thai government agencies, state-owned enterprises (SOEs), or public sector organizations.
  • Proven experience (e.g., 3-5 years) in Business Development or Sales, with a strong track record of success in engaging with and securing partnerships/projects with Thai government agencies or state-owned enterprises (SOEs) is ESSENTIAL.
  • In-depth understanding of True Money's product ecosystem, digital payment solutions, and financial services, with the ability to articulate their value proposition to government clients.
  • Strong existing network and proven ability to engage with key decision-makers within the Thai public sector (e.g., Ministry of Finance, Public Debt Management Office, Comptroller General's Department, local administrations, state-owned banks, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Thai and English.
