Key Responsibilities
  1. Packaging Purchasing

    • Manage and organize packaging suppliers, both local and overseas.

    • Oversee and control PO release, scheduling, and closing via ERP system.

    • Prepare inventory ledger summaries for analysis and reporting.

    • Manage packaging claims, returns, and monthly defect closing.

    • Conduct regular inventory audits and resolve discrepancies.
  4. Supplier Management

    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with packaging suppliers to ensure long-term collaboration and reliability.

    • Evaluate and monitor supplier performance, including quality, delivery, and cost competitiveness.

    • Lead supplier development initiatives to improve quality, cost, and service levels.

    • Resolve supplier-related issues in coordination with Quality, Planning, and Production teams.

    • Ensure suppliers meet all compliance requirements, including GMP, ISO, and regulatory standards.
  5. SOP and Documentation

    • Maintain and manage master data of packaging materials and suppliers in ERP.

    • Handle operational approvals such as OA for payments and air freight.

    • Ensure compliance of processes with GMP, ISO, and internal SOPs.

    • Initiate and lead continuous improvement efforts in procurement workflow and ERP processes.

    • Support ad-hoc assignments as required by SCM leadership.


Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Purchasing or Procurement
  • Experience in cosmetic manufacturing is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

1. Forecast & Inventory Planning

  • Develop and maintain sales forecasts for Amazon FBA (USA, Canada, AU) and domestic B2B
  • Analyze historical sales, seasonality, promotions, and campaigns to project demand
  • Calculate safety stock and reorder points, considering production + shipping lead times
  • Optimize shipment size & frequency to balance
    cash flow vs Amazon storage fees
  • Monitor FBA IPI score, restock limits, and inventory health

2. Procurement & Supplier Management

4. Operations & Reporting

  • Create weekly/monthly stock & sales reports for management
  • Troubleshoot operational issues with marketplaces (especially Amazon)

Qualifications
