**Job Description**
**Roles and Responsibilities**
+ Leads Order management team in AKA zones to ensure predictable Order Execution Process in collaboration with Sales, Modality, HPM, Service and Finance. This includes:
+ Leading Regional Backlog Management & order Execution to Drive Equipment Delivery and Sales Transfers.
+ Contribute to revenue linearity by date management, timely execution, and risk mitigation for fulfillment in coordination with S&OP and global fulfilment teams.
+ Drive COSD (Customer On-Site Date) Stability and Quality of delivery to Customers.
+ Inventory Management and Obso / reserve management
+ Drive Standard Work and deliver performance on KPI's through Daily Management system (DMS) related to Order Management
+ Act as single Interface to International OM Organization, Modalities, Sales, HPM and Finance for matters related to orders execution and fulfillment.
+ Implementation of global programs related to Order operations in AKA in collaboration with International OM Team.
+ Coordination with Logistics, shipping teams in Mfg & warehouses to ensure timely delivery of equipment to customers as per the orders in accordance with relevant Rules & Regulations.
+ Coordination with Logistics & sourcing teams to deliver cost productivity
+ Ensure adherence to revenue recognition norms and ensure proper documentation.
+ Drive Lean/Simplification projects to improve process effectiveness and efficiency
Quality Specific Goals:
+ Knowledge and understanding of all Global Privacy and Anti-Competition Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare HIPPA Guidelines, NEMA Regulations, etc.) and operates within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int'l Law is broken.
+ Knowledge and understanding of all Environmental Health Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare EHS Policies, GE Healthcare Fleet Rules, etc.) and operate within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int'l Law is broken.

**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in operations management, Business Management or other related-field.

**QUALIFICATIONS & TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:**
+ Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ At least 5 years of experience in order management, production planning, or supply chain roles within a manufacturing and distribution environment.
+ Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
+ Able to communicate effectively using English language skill in a technical level.
+ Familiarity with demand planning and scheduling software processes and logics.

TE Connectivity's Supply Chain Managers are responsible for the timely, cost-effective procurement, inventory control, planning and quality control of production materials. **Job Scope:**
The OV/OTE Planner is integral part of the overall Supply Chain Organization and is responsible for the End to end flow of TE products from TE Suppliers to TE Customers. Moreover, the function drives the achievement of relevant Supply Chain KPIs and plans the efficient and effective flow of OV/OTE products via purchase order management, backlog management, managing delivery performance, inventory levels, and driving lead time performance.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Backlog Management. Manually create deliveries for finished products to customer when necessary. Deal with ZPWL release blocks (ER, WR, MR, 61, 10). Update LRC - proactively update CC through ZPWL or ZBMT and visualize new confirmation dates in SAP. Manage future late: attempt to correct orders which were reconfirmed to later date than original confirmation date. Timely answer customers escalations, (Rob's file),PO Management (Purchase order creation, PO Confirmation, Follow-up),
+ MRP exception reports for Finished Goods while optimizing on-hand inventory and meeting service requirements. Execute all MRP exception messages (07, 10, 15, 20, 26).
+ Leads continuous improvement activity, individually and with teams to impact planning KPIs.
+ For finished goods, perform root causes analysis of late deliveries in support of corrective actions needed to drive delivery improvement. Able to perform similar actions proactively for future demand. Drive stock fulfilment for preferred and standard parts.
+ Reduce Past dues, Manage Pull-ins and drive improvement actions
+ Review and manage monthly S&OP and MPS with critical supplier (Supplier STC, LT accuracy, PO review), finalize Report Out of Supply Review
+ Elevate supply issues to manager, work for resolution and execute the determined course of action.
+ Perform with minimal costs of premium freight to ship out finished products to meet customer requirements. Use of express shipments should be approved by Planning Manager in case of delays.
+ Highlight component delivery issues to Strategic Buyer to ensure components are available to support the delivery schedule, expediting / de-expediting as appropriate
+ Manage inventory levels in order to maximize inventory turns for FG and subcontracting components. Execute Scrap process.
+ Place Purchase Order following GIATP process.
+ Analysis & maintenance of all planning related reports, files & documents including Team & Supplier Performance
**Qualifications:**
+ At least 2 years of experience within the area of Material Planning, Production Planning or Procurement or equivalent
