POSITION SUMMARY

- Negotiate with suppliers for cost reduction based on cost analysis/demand/market data,push back cost increase
- Drive cost reduction opportunity with engineering team, lead VA/VE projects
- Drive dual source, LCL, VMI/consignment with team
New components qualification
- Process samples qualification and FAIR document preparation in order to ensure the new project process smoothly
Cross-function supporting
- Support buyer team to solve supplier problem on delivery and payment issue
- Support quality team on quality improvement, RMA, customer complaints
- Support NPI and MPDE activity to accelerate the NPI launch
Job Requirements
- Bachelor or above degree, engineering background preferred.
- 10+ years of electronics industry sourcing experience, international/cross functional experience will be preferred
- Fluent English, both written and spoken

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
