Responsibilities
- Manage and control manufacturing processes to ensure system and product quality by identifying and addressing key variables affecting performance.
 - Lead quality issue resolution through root cause analysis, coordinate corrective actions with production and procurement, and monitor effectiveness.
 - Conduct proactive risk assessments and prepare monthly QA reports, including customer complaints and non-conformant product data.
 - Supervise and develop the QA team, providing training on Quality Engineering tools and offering guidance to the production team.
 - Collaborate with the procurement team to qualify new suppliers, conduct annual supplier audits, and support both internal and external quality audits.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management, Manufacturing/Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or related field.
 - At least 8 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in the natural rubber industry, with minimum 3 years in a leadership role.
 - Strong skills in problem-solving, leadership, and analysis, with a proactive and result-oriented mindset.
 - Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English; effective at all management levels with good presentation skills.
