Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with a foundation in data analytics and quality assurance to bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery. This role combines QA testing, requirement gathering, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the integrity of our data products and the success of our analytics solutions. The Senior BA will work closely with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Business Teams, and Project Managers, ensuring alignment on requirements, timelines, and delivery quality.

• Design, develop, and execute both manual and automated data tests to validate data integrity, completeness, accuracy, and consistency across source systems.
• Prepare and maintain test cases, test plans, and test documentation for analytics projects.
• Conduct end-to-end testing with Data Scientists and Data Engineers to ensure data pipelines and models meet functional and business requirements.
• Utilize advanced SQL queries to analyze large datasets, identify anomalies, and perform root cause analysis.
• Investigate, document, and track data quality issues, working with technical teams to implement corrective actions.
