Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-process, final, and incoming quality inspections on raw materials, components, and finished goods.
• Perform routine and non-routine testing using appropriate measuring and inspection tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, CMM, gauges).
• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949 if applicable).
• Document inspection results, maintain quality records, and generate non-conformance reports (NCRs) when necessary.
• Investigate quality defects and work with production and engineering teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions (CAPA).
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and evidence of compliance.
• Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and recommend improvements in processes and product quality.
• Assist in the development and revision of quality control plans, inspection procedures, and work instructions.
• Calibrate and maintain measurement equipment according to schedule and standards.
• Liaise with suppliers and customers on quality-related issues as needed.
• Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement across departments.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or a related field) or equivalent technical background.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment (preferably in metalworking, machinery, or industrial equipment).
• Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS), ISO standards, GD&T, and root cause analysis tools (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram).
• Proficient in using MS Office and quality data management software.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken); additional local language is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment.

Job Description

• Inspect and control raw material quality, plan and approve raw material inspection results, and coordinate with suppliers in case of defects. Establish and verify material specifications and conduct regular supplier audits.
• Control quality during production and delivery processes by implementing in-process quality control systems, tracking and resolving quality issues, and preventing recurrence in production to ensure consistent process quality.
• Manage standard systems in compliance with AS9100D and ISO 14001 quality standards, ensuring complete documentation and proper maintenance of measuring instruments and calibration tools to meet required standards.
• Oversee and continuously improve production quality control processes.
• Develop, standardize, and maintain work processes.
• Manage document control systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date production documentation.
• Oversee fixture control systems, including design collaboration and maintenance.
• Monitor daily quality performance on the shop floor and ensure compliance with targets.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily inspections and tests in accordance with the company's Quality Management System and the Project Quality Plan.
• Inspect construction processes and material quality to ensure compliance with construction drawings, technical specifications, and relevant standards.
• Verify and maintain material quality certificates, warranties, and test reports.
• Support the preparation, review, and revision of the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and quality control procedures.
• Record and analyze nonconformities, follow up on corrective actions, and verify the effectiveness of corrections.
• Support the QA/QC Manager in conducting internal and external quality inspections.
• Assist in compiling and submitting quality-related documentation for project handover upon completion.

Requirements:

• Nationality: Thai, Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of QC experience in infrastructure construction projects (roads, highways, etc.).
• Ability to draft quality plans, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and technical documentation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Strong English communication skills.

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• ตรวจสอบคุณภาพงานติดตั้ง ระบบโซลาร์เซลล์ ทั้งโครงสร้างทางกล (Mounting, Rack, Structure) และงานไฟฟ้า (Wiring, Inverter, Protection System) ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนดและถูกต้องแม่นยำ
• ตรวจสอบวัสดุและอุปกรณ์ ก่อนนำมาใช้งานว่าตรงตามสเปคที่กำหนด
• ติดตามและตรวจสอบหน้างาน ระหว่างการติดตั้ง เพื่อป้องกันความผิดพลาดหรืองานบกพร่อง
• ทดสอบและตรวจวัดระบบ เช่น Insulation Test, Continuity Test, Performance Test ก่อนการส่งมอบงานทุกครั้ง
• จัดทำรายงานตรวจสอบคุณภาพ (QC Report) และบันทึกข้อบกพร่องหรือการแก้ไขต่างๆ
• ร่วมงานกับทีมวิศวกรโครงการและฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อวางแผนตรวจสอบงานให้สอดคล้องกับ Timeline ของโครงการนั้นๆ
• ตรวจสอบความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน (Safety Check) ให้เป็นไปตามกฎระเบียบของบริษัทและกฎหมายแรงงานกำหนด

General Description:

This position is responsible for sourcing and securing suppliers for parts for assembly line, reviewing engineering and manufacturing specifications, monitoring materials for any defects and resolving quality issues.

Job Description / Responsibilities

• Manage QC operation of electronic components assembly.
• Manage and check incoming materials to be ready for production.
• Cooperate with suppliers to investigate materials and service quality issue.
• Source and negotiate for quality suppliers to support assembly.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and related teams for quality issues.
• Drive continuous improvement to the quality control process.
• Ensure compliance of technical requirements validation
• Verification and review of documents
• Any duties assigned by departments heads and managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering for Electronic, Power Electrical or General Engineering
• Knowledge of quality tools, ISO and IPC standards and processes
• At least 3-5 years of experience in QC, Hardware Production, Electronics line, Components Assembly
• Good command of spoken and written English is a must.
