General Description:

Job Description / Responsibilities

Job Description

• Product quality and product inspection:

• Collecting and summarizing all inspection data of raw materials, semi-finished goods, and final products.

• Following up on raw material–related issues with the suppliers.
• Conducting on-site inspections of in-process materials and providing direct feedback to Production for improvements where necessary.
• Assisting the QC Manager with data analysis and problem-solving.
• Assisting the QC Manager with team training and skill development.

• Support QC Manager with all ISO related tasks:

• Setting up documents and procedures.

• Reviewing existing documents and procedures regularly.
• Supporting internal and external audits.

• Conduct VDI testing and used filter bag analysis:

• Operating the VDI test rig, summarizing results, and forwarding them to the QC Manager and interested parties, while giving suggestions based on the testing results.

• Conducting analysis of used filter bags to gain insights into the condition and status of the filter bag, and creating comprehensive reports.
• Other tasks assigned by QC Manager or MD.

Qualifications

• University degree or above.
• At least 3 years of working experience in QC/QA area (textile background is an advantage).
• Experience with quality testing and inspection (textile background is an advantage).
• Good command of both spoken and written English.
• Knowledge of ISO or similar management systems.

• Inspect and control raw material quality, plan and approve raw material inspection results, and coordinate with suppliers in case of defects. Establish and verify material specifications and conduct regular supplier audits.

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• ตรวจสอบคุณภาพงานติดตั้ง ระบบโซลาร์เซลล์ ทั้งโครงสร้างทางกล (Mounting, Rack, Structure) และงานไฟฟ้า (Wiring, Inverter, Protection System) ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนดและถูกต้องแม่นยำ
• ตรวจสอบวัสดุและอุปกรณ์ ก่อนนำมาใช้งานว่าตรงตามสเปคที่กำหนด
• ติดตามและตรวจสอบหน้างาน ระหว่างการติดตั้ง เพื่อป้องกันความผิดพลาดหรืองานบกพร่อง
• ทดสอบและตรวจวัดระบบ เช่น Insulation Test, Continuity Test, Performance Test ก่อนการส่งมอบงานทุกครั้ง
• จัดทำรายงานตรวจสอบคุณภาพ (QC Report) และบันทึกข้อบกพร่องหรือการแก้ไขต่างๆ

The opportunity

Hakuzo Medical Asia Co., Ltd.' is seeking a talented QA/QC Engineer to join our team in Sriracha, Chonburi. As a QA/QC Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our medical products, contributing to the company's success and growth.

Key responsibilities

1. Performs the products and raw materials testing (microbiological, physical, and chemical) and reports to QA/QC Assistant Manager.
2. Assist in managing and testing for microbiological and chemical laboratories.
3. Sampling and testing of in-coming raw materials, in-process, finished products and imported-products.
4. Performs quality report during the raw material, in process, finished good and imported-product inspection and other.
5. Performs laboratory testing, using laboratory instruments such as GC, calipers, pH meter, thickness gauge, microscope Tensile testing machine and etc. for testing.
6. Prepare for culture media for microbiological testing.
7. Assist in establish, maintain, and modify work instructions, records of test methods concern QA/QC department.
8. Performs internal cleanroom validation and environment control.
9. Performs equipment calibration and control.
10. Performs other duties as assigned.

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Faculty of Science in Chemistry, Microbiology or related filed.
2. 1 - 3 years of experience in a QA/QC role, preferably in the manufacturing or medical device industry
3. Able to use the basic laboratory instruments such as calipers, pH meter, thickness gauge, microscope.
4. Basic communication skills in English (Be able to understand and implement the Procedure and WI in English).
