Job Responsibilities

• Ensuring company management system is maintained and up to date, organizes the review process and procedure to employees.
• Ensuring the compliance between company management system with ISO9001, ISO14001, BRCGS, GHP and customer-specific requirements.
• Conducting and coordinating internal and external audits and follow up corrective actions, ncluding the preparation hereto develop and train internal auditors.
• Registering and recalling documents in accordance with appropriate managers. Verifying Group procedures in terms of application in coordination with respective managers.
• Ensuring an effective Management review including documentation.
• Follow up and consolidate quality information for weekly/monthly report with quality engineer/supervisor.
• Lead top quality issue reduction both customer complaint and internal quality problem.
• Performing other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any related field.
• At least 3 years of management experience related manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 2-3 years experiences in quality function.
• Good knowledge of manufacturing process: stamping, injection and assembly are preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of process system requirements.
• Can work under pressure and self-responsibility.
• Be able to work in Rayong (Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate, A.Pluakdaeng).
• Experiences of internal audit system for BRCGS, GMP, ISO9001, ISO14001
• Comprehensive knowledge of process system requirement.
• Familiar with applicable standards e.g., customer requirements.

• Control and test the quality of Bulk
• Create inspection lot and key Inspection result on SAP.
• Response and test for all instrument in HPLC room such as FTIR, UV and HPLC, etc.
• Training QCB operator to follow the chemical safety and Good Laboratory Practice
• Training and provide the simplify technical or idea to improve the better quality
• Daily report OOS and RFT of bulk to supervisor and production team.
• Control and monitoring bulk rework and reject rate together with follow up the action from production.
• Join mixing of new formula or zero production with NPD and Mixing teams.
• To do the beaker test for confirm root cause of bulk OOS together with production or NPD.
• Control and prepare the chemical reagent for testing and standardize chemical.
• To do the basic PM for all chemical instruments.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience working in a laboratory environment, preferably in quality control or analytical testing.
• Familiarity with laboratory instruments, testing procedures, and documentation standards.
• Ability to analyze and interpret test results accurately and efficiently.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and supervise a small team, delegate tasks, and ensure timely completion of lab activities.

Join Minco Precision Rubber and Plastic Technology Co. Ltd as a full-time QC Supervisor, based at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Pluak Daeng, Rayong. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in upholding our commitment to the highest quality standards across our diverse range of precision rubber and plastic products.

What you'll be doing ( Quality Supervisor Job Responsibilities:)

1) Establish, supervise and continuously improve the internal quality management system processes of the company in accordance with ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO13485, ISO14001, QC and other quality/environmental management system requirements, and cooperate to complete third-party audits.

2) Cooperate with customers in conducting quality/environmental system audits of our company.

3) Conduct statistical analysis of department KPI data, continuously improve department KPIs, and achieve the departmental goals set by the company.

4) Develop training plans for each position based on job requirements, ensuring continuous improvement of skills in each position.

5) Develop various management system processes of the department, supervise each position to implement the system processes in accordance with the regulations, and ensure the effective implementation of departmental work.

6) Determine the configuration of inspection and measurement instruments and obtain corresponding calibration (verification) maintenance to ensure the validity of the measurement instruments.

7) Review and select suppliers, have the right to suspend the supply or stop transactions for unqualified suppliers based on on-site and delivery quality evaluations, to ensure the continuous improvement of the overall delivery quality level of suppliers.

8) Participate in and confirm the product quality of the FA and SPR processes to ensure that they meet the requirements of the initial planning.

9) Establish various inspection standards for raw materials, auxiliary materials, and finished products (including inspection specifications, inspection plans, sample cards, control plans and other documents), ensuring that raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products of each process meet the specified appearance, performance, function and other indicators.

10) Provide corresponding inspectors or authorized quality supervisors for each shift's production operations to ensure the conformity of product quality.

11) Organize relevant departments to conduct cause investigations for major quality accidents or abnormal situations in a timely manner, formulate improvement countermeasures, track and confirm the improvement effects, complete CA and educate the responsible persons to prevent similar incidents from happening again, and immediately report the results to the superior leader.

12) Handle customer returns and customer complaints promptly and promptly organize relevant departments to conduct cause investigations and take effective measures to prevent recurrence.

13) Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a quality control or supervisory role within a manufacturing environment
• Strong technical knowledge of quality control principles, measurement techniques and statistical process control

• Degree or diploma in a relevant field such as engineering, quality management or industrial technology
