• ตรวจสอบคุณภาพของ ชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ที่ผลิตจากอลูมิเนียม
• ใช้เครื่องมือวัดมาตรฐานและ เครื่องวัดพิกัดสามมิติ (CMM) เพื่อตรวจสอบขนาด ความเรียบผิว และความตรงตามแบบ (Drawing / GD&T)
• วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการตรวจวัดและจัดทำรายงานผลการตรวจสอบ (Inspection / Measurement Report)
• ตรวจสอบคุณภาพในทุกขั้นตอนของกระบวนการผลิต — ตั้งแต่วัตถุดิบ (Incoming), ระหว่างผลิต (In-Process), ไปจนถึงก่อนจัดส่ง (Final Inspection)
• สนับสนุนฝ่ายผลิตและฝ่ายวิศวกรรมในการแก้ไขปัญหาคุณภาพที่เกิดจากการหล่อ (Die Casting), กลึง CNC หรือกระบวนการอื่น ๆ
• ดูแล บำรุงรักษา และสอบเทียบเครื่องมือวัดและเครื่อง CMM ให้พร้อมใช้งานอยู่เสมอ
• ปฏิบัติงานตามระบบคุณภาพมาตรฐานสากล เช่น ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 / ISO 14001
• มีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมปรับปรุงคุณภาพ (Continuous Improvement / Kaizen / 5S)

ทักษะ คุณสมบัติ และประสบการณ์:

• ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุตั้งแต่ ปี
• วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส. หรือ ปริญญาตรี สาขา เครื่องกล ช่างกลโรงงาน เทคนิคการวัด หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ตรวจสอบชิ้นงานอลูมิเนียม หรืออุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ 1–3 ปีขึ้นไป

• Create test strategy and related documentation when required
• Understand business requirements, functional specifications, and other project artifacts to develop extensive test scripts which include all exception possibilities. Test are designed with a focus on reuse and maintainability
• Prepare test data and assist with the scheduling of testing during projects
• Drive continuous improvement of test processes
• Identify and enhance testing tools to streamline testing process (example: Test tracking, test case templates, Defect management)
• Ensure that the test execution is done according to the timeline set including planning for contingency in case of errors
• Plan and perform Unit Test / UAT and rerun if the results do not meet acceptance level

Qualifications

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

• Hiểu rõ yêu cầu (BRD/UI Flow), xác định phạm vi – rủi ro test; lập Test Plan, Test Scenario, Test Case chi tiết cho từng sprint/module.
• Tiến hành Functional, UI/UX, Regression, Smoke test cho Web và Mobile App; kiểm thử đa thiết bị, đa trình duyệt; đảm bảo sản phẩm ổn định trước release.
• Thực hiện API test bằng Postman; viết và duy trì automation script cơ bản (Selenium, Cypress, Appium) cho smoke hoặc regression test.
• Ghi nhận và mô tả lỗi rõ ràng (steps, expected, actual, severity, priority); theo dõi vòng đời bug, verify fix và cập nhật trạng thái.
• Lập Test Summary Report sau mỗi sprint/release; theo dõi test coverage, bug reopen rate; cảnh báo sớm rủi ro chất lượng cho team.
• Tham gia xây dựng guideline, checklist, tool/test process; đề xuất cải tiến phương pháp kiểm thử nhằm tăng hiệu suất và độ tin cậy sản phẩm.
• Làm việc chặt chẽ với Dev, Product, Designer để đảm bảo cùng hiểu rõ tiêu chuẩn chất lượng; chia sẻ kinh nghiệm, hỗ trợ training QA nội bộ khi cần.

คุณสมบัติ (Qualifications)

· อายุ 25–40 ปี

· วุฒิการศึกษา: ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไปไม่จำกัดสาขา (หากจบจากสาขา ศิลปศาสตร์, จิตวิทยา, บริหารธุรกิจ, การตลาด, นิเทศศาสตร์ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)

· มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้าน QA, Call Center, Tele-sales หรือ Customer Service อย่างน้อย 2-3 ปี

• Understand business requirements by analyzing product design document of the features / tasks assigned for e-wallet and credit.
• Create test cases and prepare test data, set up exit criteria for ShopeePay-related features.
• Test execution to find any design or development defects that might have been neglected when designing or developing a software application.

Job Description:

• Analyze business requirements and technical specifications of applications in development to determine how to develop into testable elements
• Create test scripts, test scenarios and test methodologies and document for execution
• Conduct tests for applications in production or in development, applications pending migration, or applications recently patched
