About the Role

As a Quality Assurance Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality compliance and system effectiveness of our medical device manufacturing. You will lead QA operations, manage audits, oversee regulatory compliance, and coordinate product release activities, working closely with global and local stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management of the Change Control Process: Oversee and ensure effective implementation of change control procedures.
• Management of the NC and CAPA Process: Handle non-conformances (NC) and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) from raw materials to finished products.
• QA Supplier Management: Manage all aspects of quality assurance for suppliers to ensure compliance with standards.
• Document System Management: Oversee the management and maintenance of the document control system.
• Regulatory Affairs Management: Handle local regulatory affairs matters to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Audit Management: Manage internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Team Leadership: Lead a team of 7 engineers and officers to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of our quality assurance activities.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Quality Control Assistant Manager to lead our QC team in ensuring the highest standards of product quality and regulatory compliance. You will oversee inspections, laboratory testing, and quality risk management while acting as the QC Subject Matter Expert (SME) for process and product control. This role offers an opportunity to work with global teams and contribute to delivering safe and reliable surgical devices worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead overall Quality Control operations including SPC, inspections (incoming, in-process, final), non-conformance, and complaint analysis.

· Manage QC activities related to rework oversight, product release, and CQ inspections.

· Serve as QC Subject Matter Expert (SME), ensuring robust processes for inspection and control.

· Oversee physical, functional, biological, and chemical testing for raw materials, in-process, and finished products.

· Maintain and update the Quality Control Plan to meet regulatory and customer requirements.

· Provide training, supervision, and leadership to QC, Lab, and Calibration teams.

· Collaborate with QA teams on document control, product shipment, QA release, and certification.

· Ensure compliance with ISO 14971 risk management processes (FMEA, HACCP).
