Duties and Responsibilities:

Strategic & Leadership

• Define and implement the QA vision, strategy, and best practices across all QA teams.

Team Development

• Provide coaching and performance feedback to QA Leads and Engineers.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 3-5 years in a lead or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies (manual and automated).
• Experience with QA tools such as Selenium, JMeter, Postman, or similar.

Software Quality Assurance Manager (Krungsri Nimble)

Location: Bank of Ayudhaya (Krungsri) - Rama 3 Head Office (Hybrid work)

Role Purpose

The QA Manager will lead the Quality Assurance team to ensure reliability, performance, and compliance of critical banking applications, including Core Banking, Digital Channels (Mobile & Internet Banking), and Payment Systems. The role focuses on
API testing, automated testing frameworks, and regulatory compliance
to deliver secure and seamless banking experiences to customers.

Key Responsibilities

Test Strategy & Automation

• Lead API and automated testing initiatives to increase test coverage and reduce release risk.
• Build and maintain automation frameworks for regression, performance, and security testing.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipeline for continuous delivery of digital banking solutions.

Leadership & Team Management

• Manage and mentor a team of 13 QA engineers.
• Provide technical guidance in automation, API testing, and banking domain knowledge.

Quality & Compliance

• Define QA strategy aligned with banking regulatory standards (BOT, PCI-DSS, ISO27001).

Stakeholder Collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Familiarity with

Key Responsibilities:
