As an Quality Inspector, you'll be reporting to Inspector Team Leader or Operations Manager and working as part of our Operations department. The purpose of QIMA's Operations team is to deliver our industry-leading services to our clients while ensuring that all the work we do is performed to the QIMA standard of quality.

Your main duties will revolve around on-site quality inspections of our clients' products.

• Check email daily to receive inspection documents.
• Attend to inspections on time and communicate with supplier in a professional way.
• Perform the inspection of the merchandise according with company procedures. Supervise the stuffing of the containers according with company procedures.
• Fulfill inspection reports according with company procedures and timelines.

It could be you if you have:

• Possess a college degree or above in related fields
• Experience of at least 1 - 2 years in quality management for eyewear

• Create test strategy and related documentation when required
• Understand business requirements, functional specifications, and other project artifacts to develop extensive test scripts which include all exception possibilities. Test are designed with a focus on reuse and maintainability
• Prepare test data and assist with the scheduling of testing during projects

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

• Hiểu rõ yêu cầu (BRD/UI Flow), xác định phạm vi – rủi ro test; lập Test Plan, Test Scenario, Test Case chi tiết cho từng sprint/module.
• Tiến hành Functional, UI/UX, Regression, Smoke test cho Web và Mobile App; kiểm thử đa thiết bị, đa trình duyệt; đảm bảo sản phẩm ổn định trước release.
• Thực hiện API test bằng Postman; viết và duy trì automation script cơ bản (Selenium, Cypress, Appium) cho smoke hoặc regression test.
• Ghi nhận và mô tả lỗi rõ ràng (steps, expected, actual, severity, priority); theo dõi vòng đời bug, verify fix và cập nhật trạng thái.
• Lập Test Summary Report sau mỗi sprint/release; theo dõi test coverage, bug reopen rate; cảnh báo sớm rủi ro chất lượng cho team.
• Tham gia xây dựng guideline, checklist, tool/test process; đề xuất cải tiến phương pháp kiểm thử nhằm tăng hiệu suất và độ tin cậy sản phẩm.

· อายุ 25–40 ปี
